Founder & CEO

As Bullhorn’s co-founder and CEO, Art has led Bullhorn through ten consecutive years of user growth. Today, more than 130,000 recruiters rely on Bullhorn software to hire people for more than one million job openings every year. Art speaks regularly at industry and financial events and has appeared on TV and radio programs on NPR, NECN, CBS Boston, Boston Public Radio, and more.
Art provides regular insight and commentary on job- and career-related topics for outlets such as ABC News, Fox News, Forbes, the Wall Street Journal, CNN/Fortune, and more. He sits on the Board of Directors of the Massachusetts Staffing Association, Portfolio Science Inc. and the HR.COM Online Staffing and Sourcing Advisory Board.
Art is a Phi Beta Kappa, summa cum laude graduate of Tufts University, holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics.
Andrew Hally

Vice President of Product and Marketing

Andrew leads the Bullhorn product team’s work defining product direction. He also manages the marketing function in generating demand, communicating the Bullhorn story, and driving and supporting a customer-centric business culture. Prior to Bullhorn, Andrew was the Vice President of Product Marketing at Unica Corporation, a leading global provider of enterprise and on-demand software for marketing organizations. Before Unica, he headed the marketing team at SensAble Technologies and held marketing and product management positions at White Pine Software.
Andrew graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Government from Harvard University.
