What’s New

Clean Up Your Auto-Complete
Have an incorrect email address listed in the auto-complete list? Use the arrows to highlight the address then press Delete on the keyboard to remove it.

Take a Peek

Now you can preview the last note and general comments for a candidate when you click the binoculars icon. Also, we’ve added the binoculars to the Web Response view.

Note: The Copy to Clipboard button only copies the resume text not the notes or comments.

Opt Out Candidates or Contacts

Click the link in the candidate or client record to opt them out of receiving future mass mailing emails.

Administrators must make the Opt Out field visible on the Overview tab of the record (using View Layouts).

Import Skills

Now when custom importing candidates you can also pull their skills into Bullhorn by including a SkillID column in your CSV file. Skills must be entered in a list separated by commas (e.g. Business Objects,PACE,Bloomberg).

Administrators must make the Skill ID field is visible in the candidate’s record.

On Location

Scroll your mouse wheel up to zoom in or down to zoom out when mapping a location in Bullhorn.

Primary Election

All users are now associated with a single primary department. If a user belongs to multiple departments, additional departments are designated as the user’s secondary departments.  

Administrators are encouraged to review each user’s department designation in the user’s profile although they still have the same access as before. 

For custom report users, this change will allow reporting by both primary department and secondary departments.

Click, Link, and Share

Need help staying on the same page? Follow these steps to share the URL of the page you are viewing with another user in your company.
   1. Click the link icon to copy the URL of the
       page you are viewing.
   2. Press CTRL+Shift+C to create a new email.
   3. Press CTRL+V to paste the link into the email.
   4. Send the message. The recipient just clicks the link to view the exact page you viewed.

Note: Only authorized Bullhorn users can view the page. The application will force the recipient to login if not already.

The Utility Account and Furniture Delivery information now appears as tabs in the Housing Complex Unit record.

Infinite Scroll

You can now view a single list of messages in your email folders without having to move between pages.

Review with Preview

Preview attachments with just one click. Use the binoculars to preview .jpg images or text in .doc, .csv, .txt, .htm, and .html files in Bullhorn without downloading the file or opening another application.

Do it Yourself

The Bullhorn text editor has been modified to allow you to:

• Upload and manipulate your images from your desktop to email signatures, standard resumes, and messages.
• More easily change font size and style.

Email Address and Auto Complete

As you type an email address or person’s name in the To, Cc, or Bcc field of a message, Bullhorn shows a list of names that match what you have typed so far. If the address you want to enter is displayed, highlight it using the up or down arrow and press Enter.

Keep it Confidential

Now you can make any of the fields on the Tax Info tab confidential so that only authorized users can view the data once the record has been saved. Fields highlighted in orange are no longer visible to someone without the proper authorization.

To make fields confidential, contact Bullhorn Support with the list of fields.

Don’t Fall Behind, Get it on Time

You can now complete the following actions from the Timecard List:

• Email candidates, contacts, timecard approvers, and job owners
• Add a note to the candidate or contact record
• Add an appointment
• Add a task

All in Together Now

You can now view both open and closed jobs on a tearsheet.

What’s the Status?

Now you can change the submission status from “Please Select” to whatever option you want to display.

Visible by Association

Admin users can now see which users are associated with an alias and which users have access to another person’s Inbox.

Better Ticket Management

When viewing your open tickets, you can now:

• See the ticket type (e.g. Bug)
• Attach a file to a ticket
• View closed tickets

If you do not have access to view your support tickets, contact Bullhorn Support to have this feature enabled.

Complete Your Forum Profile, Get More Responses

Now you can modify your profile in the Bullhorn Forums by clicking the profile link at the top.

This includes the setting for automatically receiving email notifications when another user submits a comment to any of your posts.

Who Dunnit?

You can now view the date, time, and name of the user who submitted and approved the timecard.

Submitted displays when the candidate submits their time.

Client Approved appears when the candidate’s manager, or payroll person for the company the candidate works for approves the timecard.

Approved appears when your company approves the timecard.
