The HMO Value Plus plan is a referral system designed to provide employees with access to health care routed from within the Tufts network of health care providers. In the HMO plan you will be required to select a primary care physician (PCP).

The Delta Preferred plan combines two of Delta Dental’s national networks, Delta Dental PPO and Delta Dental Premier, giving you access to dentists that participate in both. The dental plan covers services provided by non-participating dentists as well.

Short term Disability Coverage (STD)
Pays up to 60% of Basic Weekly Earnings (BWE). STD beginning after 30 days of disability or 1st day after Hospitalization, paying up to $2,500 per week.
Includes a 6 week maternity leave rider. All benefits will be tax-free due to post tax contributions from payroll.
Long term Disability Coverage (LTD)
Pays up to 60% of Basic Monthly Earnings (BME). LTD beginning after 90 days of disability, paying up to $10,000 per month.
Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Coverage (AD&D)
Pays 1X Basic Annual Earnings (BAE) up to $150,000 for Life or AD&D. Reduction of benefit at age 65.
