Geoff Greene

Vice President of Software Engineering

In his 15+ years of software development experience, Geoff Greene has a proven track record of guiding project teams through inception, planning and development of strategic products.

As Bullhorn's vice president of software engineering, Geoff provides a sophisticated focus to all of Bullhorn's technical, architectural and design efforts. Under Geoff's leadership, Bullhorn has established one of the largest online communities for the staffing and recruiting industry and is one of the industry's most visited web sites, with 30,000 unique visitors and more than 5 million page requests every day.

His mix of technical expertise and industry knowledge ensures the functionality Bullhorn's customers require within a Software as a Service (SaaS) delivery model to deliver fully-integrated front-office functionality via an IT systems infrastructure that exceeds capacity demands.

Prior to Bullhorn, Geoff served as a senior technical lead at Macromedia, where he led the J2EE release of Macromedia's core application server product, ColdFusion MX. Geoff also worked for Allaire Corporation (purchased by Macromedia in 2000) and as a software engineer at Thomson Financial Services, where he co-designed and built First Call Insight with Art Papas, Bullhorn's CEO. Geoff holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Massachusetts, Boston, and has completed multiple software courses at Harvard University.
