Jerry Fain

Jerry Fain is an expert in establishing business processes and creating efficiencies that enable businesses of all sizes to maximize their investments in technology. As Bullhorn's vice president of professional services, Jerry Fain helps hundreds of staffing and recruiting firms quickly put Bullhorn to work effectively for their companies. Since joining Bullhorn, Jerry has established a team of dedicated professionals to help clients fully leverage their investment in Bullhorn and has designed an industry-leading five-step implementation methodology that ensures successful transition to Bullhorn with the least amount of disruption to business. At Bullhorn, Jerry is also responsible for fostering business partnerships with third-party vendors, such as web development companies and back office systems vendors, to help clients streamline information and processes across systems.

Jerry has more than 15 years of experience in using technology to navigate business challenges and achieve growth goals for companies in various industries. For the past nine years he has worked directly in the staffing industry, including his role as a senior manager and director of technology and operations for Winter Wyman & Company, a leading staffing firm in New England and a Bullhorn client. Prior to Winter Wyman, Jerry was manager of information technology with Summit Partners, a global multi billion dollar venture capital company. Earlier in his career Jerry was an international financial analyst for the Bank of Boston.

Jerry holds Bachelor of Science degrees in both accounting and finance from the University of Massachusetts.
