George LaRocque

Vice President of Sales

A staffing industry veteran with more than a decade of experience in identifying, organizing and building revenue streams for software companies, George LaRocque has helped Bullhorn increase its revenue quarter-over-quarter, expand its market share and grow its customer retention rates.

As Bullhorn's vice president of sales, George's results-oriented leadership style is matched with deep field knowledge and technology expertise. George brings a successful sales and management track record achieved through senior leadership recruiting and sales roles serving the permanent placement, direct hire and contract hire markets.

Prior to joining Bullhorn, George served as general manager for HireDesk Solutions Corp., where he grew the company's recurring revenue more than 200% in less than two years. George also served on the senior management teams of Massachusetts-based Applicant Tracking System (ATS) vendors Deploy Solutions and BrassRing Systems, where his accomplishments included developing strategic partnerships; hiring, training and managing sales forces; establishing pricing and competitive strategies and growing company revenue. As vice president of sales at BrassRing, George grew recurring revenue from less than $1 million to over $30 million. He was also formerly a principle and founder of the staffing and human resources consulting firm, Benchmark Staffing, Inc.

George began his career as a recruiter and sales professional, and worked for eight years at permanent placement, direct hire and contract placement firms in the Northeast.

George has been an invited speaker at several industry tradeshows and events and appeared on television's "The Job Show." He and his wife have run the New York City and New Jersey Shore marathons while raising money for charity.

George is a graduate of the Community College of the Air Force at Luke AFB, AZ. He served in the Air Force as an F-15 crew chief.
