Lisa Novak

Director of Strategic Account Management

As one of Bullhorn's longest-serving employees, Lisa Novak has served as an integral part of the company's growth and success. A former recruiter, Lisa understands the business and technology needs of Bullhorn's customers and brings a passion for helping thousands of staffing and recruiting professionals use Bullhorn for business advantage.

Since joining Bullhorn in 2000, Lisa has implemented and trained hundreds of Bullhorn customers and served as project lead for more than 200 Bullhorn customer implementations. Most recently, Lisa established a dedicated team of Strategic Account Managers to help customers maximize their use of Bullhorn, and in turn, help them grow their businesses. The Strategic Account Management team works with customers to ensure they are fully utilizing Bullhorn and all product enhancements to grow, evolve, and further their competitive advantage.

Prior to joining Bullhorn, Lisa held recruiting and sales positions at TEKSystems, a national staffing company that provides IT contract help to large companies in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Lisa has a bachelor of science degree from California State University, Chico.
