Vice President of Global Sales and Business Development

With 13+ years of team-building and leadership experience in high-growth environments, Nick Worswick has a strong history of driving revenue through strategic business planning and sales initiatives.

As Bullhorn's Vice President of Global Sales and Business Development, Nick possesses a deep understanding of how to break into vertical markets and achieve leverage through direct and channel sales initiatives. He is responsible for revenue growth and manages the firm's partner strategy.

Prior to Bullhorn, Nick was Senior Vice President, Sales, at IntraLinks, Inc., a Software-as-a-Service provider of information exchange solutions. During his tenure, IntraLinks grew from $8Million to $150Million in sales with average revenue growth of 40% per year. Nick was responsible for a team of 65 people in the Americas that accounted for over 70% of the company's revenue. He built the sales team from the ground up, and most recently helped the company make the transition from selling point-solutions to winning enterprise deals. He also played a pivotal role within the Business Development group that helped incubate and penetrate 2 new vertical markets; the catalyst for a Private Equity buyout in 2007.

Previously he worked as a Director of Business Development at Walker Digital, the company that founded Priceline.com. Nick began his career as a Consultant and Financial Analyst at KPMG, and has a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University.
