With a new preview feature for quickly viewing job descriptions and candidate resumes, Bullhorn enables staffing and recruiting professionals to quickly sort through large lists and identify job/candidate matches faster. Clicking on the new binocular icon that appears next to candidate or job names will bring up a preview of the candidate's resume or a job description, making information that is important to decision-making available on one screen or view. Now recruiters and sales people can view any candidate or job related information instantaneously whenever a candidate or client calls.
Other enhancements include:
- Confidential fields for capturing and protecting sensitive candidate information, such as Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) data or social security numbers, in Bullhorn. Only authorized users can view and modify this sensitive data.
- Integration with Google Maps; one click on a candidate, company, contact or job record will make Google’s dynamic, interactive maps available.
- Multiple email forwarding; staffing and recruiting professionals can share historic records and information by forwarding multiple emails as an attachment to a new message
