We have a perfect present for everyone - new Candidate Search to help you pinpoint ideal candidates faster and easier than ever. We've built the all new Candidate Search from the ground up with tons of innovative ways to help you rapidly find the treasure that's hidden in your candidate database.
Candidate Search saves time on the hundreds of searches every recruiter runs by examining your candidate, job or initial keywords and then suggests related terms. The new Learning Library suggests keywords based on data from more than five million resumes and learns the more you use it, providing even more accurate suggestions over time. You can rapidly build searches with suggested keywords or your own terms, clicking and dragging keywords to weight and prioritize them in your search. Plus, if a recruiter is still coming up to speed on a new industry for example, they can now quickly learn from the collective experience of experts.
New Candidate Search includes many more improvements based on your feedback, including making search results return much faster. There's a lot more, all built to save you time, including a new streamlined interface, personalized searching that let you search and view results just the way you want, team collaboration that makes it easy to share knowledge and expertise across your companyand support for Boolean too. To learn more about Candidate Search, watch the demo, read blog and FAQ or join us for a webinar.

Candidate Search will be available to all Bullhorn customers in early 2012. We'll let you how to upgrade to the new Candidate Search then.
You may already be familiar with our product feedback system, Bullhorn Brainstorm. It provides a quick and easy way to share your thoughts and ideas on product features with the Bullhorn team. You can also help us prioritize via community based voting. We've made a major update to Brainstorm to give you better feedback on the status of your ideas, and receive notification when the status of your ideas change. Plus the new Brainstorm will help us more effectively manage and act on your input.
The new Brainstorm will be available in early 2012. We'll let you know it's "live" through your Bullhorn Resource Center.
Since we're talking about Brainstorm, we've addressed one of the most requested items and are updating how Bullhorn handles Web Responses. You asked for greater control to manage and track the status of Web Responses through to submission, and we're giving it to you.
We'll be making a free update available to all Bullhorn users. Once enabled by the Bullhorn support team you can hide a candidate from the Web Response list so you can retain the record that the candidate applied to the job and not have to continue to see the candidate on the list. Additionally, Web Responses will now accurately reflect the date the candidate was submitted to the job.
The Recruiter Activity report will also be updated to reflect the submission date. All of this means that you can now more accurately understand Web Responses and more easily identify sources that lead to placements.
Updated Web Responses will be available in early 2012. Watch the Bullhorn Resource Center for availability notification.
Join us for our series of free best practices webinars to help you get the most out of Bullhorn. These webinars, hosted by our Professional Services team, delve into different areas of Bullhorn to provide you guidance, tips, and tricks with key Bullhorn workflows. If you can't make one of the live webinars, don't worry - we will record them so you can view them at your convenience. You can see the latest schedule and recordings for both series in the Bullhorn Resource Center
Earlier in the year, we rolled out a new Time and Expense module. Bullhorn Time and Expense provides online time tracking, expense management and seamless integration with accounting and payroll systems, so you can automate your placement to payment process. You can reduce the time and cost of back-office processing, as well as improve the quality of client service
To learn more about Bullhorn Time and Expense check out a demo and see how it works.
Note that Time and Expense is currently only available in North America. If you are interested in discussing adding Time and Expense for your firm, please contact our account management team at accountmgmt@bullhorn.com.
In case you missed it, earlier this year, LinkedIn announced a new "Apply with LinkedIn" capability that lets job seekers use their LinkedIn profile to start the job application process. We partnered closely with the LinkedIn team to ensure deep integration with Bullhorn right from the start.
So what does this mean for recruiters using Bullhorn? It means that candidates can choose to Apply with LinkedIn and send you their LinkedIn profile to start their application in lieu of a traditional resume. Candidates may like this because a combination of work history can now be presented with their recommendations. Plus, if a candidate chooses this approach, they also instantly receive guidance on how they are connected via LinkedIn to people that work at your firm.
Apply with LinkedIn works via Bullhorn Reach, for free. You can import your ATS/CRM jobs into Reach, post them, and if someone Applies with LinkedIn, that data makes it into the ATS/CRM.
Learn more about how Apply with LinkedIn works and how to take advantage of it.
We have lots more we're working on for 2012, so stay tuned.
Best wishes for the holidays and the new year,
The Bullhorn team
