That chat was very simple. I then prompted Amplify to find me similar companies to that list that are not in my Bullhorn database. Within forty seconds gave me fifty two that I can target. It gave me my top eight to prioritise. So now I&#8217;ve got that targeted list. I can really, really fine tune my message. So as a business development representative, when I see that, I&#8217;m jumping. But I said, thank you. Can you advise who at each of these companies would be good contacts to reach out to in order to see if they need UKG contract or Direct Hire Staffing help? So it does that. It provides the company. It provides the best contact to reach out to, their name, title. It provides why they&#8217;re a good target. It&#8217;s an absolute game changer. Previously, we would have to manually search to figure out if they&#8217;re there. It provides a suggestion. Would you like me to create a ranked call sheet with a one paragraph outreach email for each company and a who to find on LinkedIn title map? That sounds fantastic. So I said please do. The really cool thing that differentiates Amplify in my opinion is the connectivity to Bullhorn. So if I&#8217;m looking something up on ChatGPT for example or Gemini, that information lives there. This system is pulling from the web but it&#8217;s also pulling from all of the hard work that our employees have put into this system over the last however many years. And that data is talking to each other, which is fantastic.
