It\u2019s no surprise, given the money at stake.\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www2.staffingindustry.com\/eng\/Editorial\/Daily-News\/World-Global-staffing-revenue-at-466-billion-SIA-forecasts-6-growth-48234\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span>Staffing Industry Analysts<\/span><\/a><span>\u00a0estimates global revenue at $466 billion, with forecasted six percent growth. And that\u2019s not counting the size of the global gig economy, which comes in at a staggering\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www2.staffingindustry.com\/site\/Editorial\/Daily-News\/Size-of-global-gig-economy-is-3.7-trillion-SIA-47643\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span>$3.7 trillion<\/span><\/a><span>. Those are some pretty hefty incentives for recruitment businesses looking to scale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>As a result, many of the most successful recruitment businesses in the world operate globally. Of the 100 highest-grossing recruitment agencies, more than 80 percent operate in multiple countries.
