What Are You Automating? Nearly half of the time spent by the average recruiter to fill VMS orders are steps that can be replaced by automation. Automation Saves Time and Money:

 The Inavero survey discovered that automation had a high correlation with efficiency and firm satisfaction. Firms that automated the VMS process were nearly 50 percent faster at formatting candidate submissions and 35% faster at screening.

Additionally, firms that automated more steps of the VMS process reported greater satisfaction than those that automated fewer steps.
