8 Must-Dos for Every Bullhorn Customer at Engage 2019

Bullhorn Engage Boston

The 12th year of Engage is upon us, and the teams across North America, Europe, and beyond are gearing up for an incredible three days here in Boston. If you’re planning to attend this year’s conference, here are our top eight “must-dos” for every Bullhorn customer:

1. Visit Bullhorn Connect

Between sessions, make sure you stop by Bullhorn Connect, our most valuable customer resource at Engage. Here, you can schedule one-on-one appointments with our Training, Product Management/UX, Support, and Strategic Consulting teams—the only time of year you can get this individualized support and training for free. Be sure to visit the all-new Innovation Lab as well, where you can see what our new product development team dedicated to advancing artificial intelligence at Bullhorn is working on, have an espresso on us, and even charge your phone. Before you leave, be sure to stop by the Bullpen, Bullhorn’s exclusive community for passionate Bullhorn customers. At the Bullpen, you’ll learn how you can get involved with Bullhorn and may even earn some prizes (did someone say a stuffed bull?) along the way.

2. Spend a full day in product training

Whether you’re using the Bullhorn Platform or Salesforce Platform (BH4SF), whether you’re a leader focused on strategy or a recruiter in the weeds, there’s a product training track for you at Engage. These Friday-only tracks, which end at 3 pm, will cover everything you need to know to get the most out of Bullhorn.

3. Get a front-row seat at Vision for Innovation

Watch as Bullhorn President and CTO Matt Fischer takes a visionary look at the future of Bullhorn in one of the consistently highest-rated sessions at Engage – Vision for Innovation. In this session, we’ll recap the incredible product advancements made by Bullhornsince we met a year ago, the immediate product roadmap, and our aspirational advancements for the foreseeable future. This session will include insights on mobile, onboarding, pay & bill, and artificial intelligence.

4. Attend the Developer Track

Are you a Bullhorn power user? This track is for you. This track includes tactical and practical strategies to leverage the flexibility of the Bullhorn platform to enhance your Bullhorn experience with in-depth sessions on our evolving APIs, getting the most out of your career portal, and building custom applications and product extensions. We heard your feedback; this year we have more technical developer content than ever before, with eight sessions across three days.

5. Explore our Salesforce Solutions capabilities

As we expand our product offering into Salesforce, we’re bringing those capabilities to Engage, as well. Salesforce Platform users can learn more about how Bullhorn is advancing its suite of Salesforce-based recruitment solutions via a roadmap preview, get practical tips and tricks for making the most of your Salesforce investment, and get straight talk from recruitment agency leaders who have debated whether to build custom solutions or buy established solutions to meet their business needs through our Friday Salesforce Solutions track. If that’s not enough content for you, Salesforce customers can visit the Salesforce Solutions booth within Connect to get face-time with our experts.

6. Grow your network

Anyone who has been to Engage can attest that it’s not just about the industry or product content—Engage is chock-full of fantastic networking opportunities to get better connected within your industry. Between the opening-night reception, the #MonsterBash on Thursday evening (did someone say arcade games?), and the networking breaks between sessions, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to grow your network of peers and industry leaders at Engage.

7. Review trusted Bullhorn Marketplace Partners

Looking to add to your tech stack? Spend some time in the exhibit hall with our extensive ecosystem of trusted technology partners and service providers to see how they can help you make the most out of your technology investment. There’s no other place to get to know so many of our partners in one place—other than the second annual Speed Pitch from 3:00 pm – 3:45 pm on Wednesday.

8. Cast your vote at Innovation Throwdown

This is your chance to directly influence the Bullhorn product roadmap. In this session, our product team will showcase four potential new features in development right now then you and your fellow attendees vote to turn your favorite into reality. Pretty cool, huh?

If you aren’t able to join us this year, we’ll be back at Engage 2020 with all this and more! Stay tuned for the big announcement!
