Damit Einrichtungen und Organisationen, die von der Steuerpflicht befreit sind, diese Erm\u00e4\u00dfigung erhalten k\u00f6nnen, gelten folgende Voraussetzungen:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">a)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Hat die Organisation ihren Sitz in den USA muss es sich um eine nach 501(c)(3) anerkannte Wohlt\u00e4tigkeitsorganisation handeln und sie muss vom Internal Revenue Service (IRS) anerkannt sein.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">b)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Hat die gemeinn\u00fctzige Organisation ihren Sitz in einem Land au\u00dferhalb der Vereinigten Staaten, muss sie ihren Status als gemeinn\u00fctzige Organisation nach den geltenden Gesetzen in dem Land verf\u00fcgen, in welchem sie ans\u00e4ssig ist.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">c)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Die Organisation muss ihre Befreiung von der Steuerpflicht mit einem rechtsg\u00fcltigen Dokument belegen k\u00f6nnen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Bullhorn beh\u00e4lt sich das Recht vor, Services auszusetzen oder zu beenden, wenn Bullhorn erf\u00e4hrt, dass ein Kunde nicht von der Steuerpflicht befreit ist.
