Wir haben etwa 250 tempor\u00e4re Fachkr\u00e4fte in der DACH-Region zu ihren Erfahrungen mit Personaldienstleistern im Jahr 2024 befragt. Die wichtigsten Erkenntnisse pr\u00e4sentieren wir dir in diesem GRID 2024 Talent-Trends-Report.<\/p>\n<p>Vorneweg starten wir mit einer guten Nachricht: 81 % der befragten Talente w\u00fcrden wieder mit ihrem Personaldienstleister zusammenarbeiten. Das ist ein deutlicher Anstieg von 69 % im Vergleich zum Vorjahr. Auch die Nachfrage nach Zeitarbeitskr\u00e4ften ist aufgrund der Flexibilit\u00e4t und Skalierbarkeit weiterhin hoch. Dennoch: 77 % der tempor\u00e4r Besch\u00e4ftigten planen, in eine Festanstellung zu wechseln. Diesem Trend m\u00fcssen Personaldienstleister entgegensteuern und die Zusammenarbeit so attraktiv wie m\u00f6glich gestalten. Beides sind wichtige Voraussetzungen, um schnell eine passende Stelle zu finden. Zudem finden die befragten Talente, KI k\u00f6nne diese Angebote verbessern und beschleunigen. Die gro\u00dfe Mehrheit der Kandidat:innen (81%) begr\u00fc\u00dft den Einsatz von KI im Recruiting, solange die pers\u00f6nliche Note nicht darunter leidet. 71 % finden es in Ordnung, wenn KI bei der Auswahl passender Stellen unterst\u00fctzt. Insgesamt w\u00e4ren knapp 60 % der Kandidat:innen sogar damit einverstanden, wenn KI den gesamten Rekrutierungsprozess \u00fcbernehmen w\u00fcrde.<\/p>\n<p>Die Qualifizierung von Jobs hat zusammen mit der Kommunikation auch einen enormen Einfluss auf die Kandidatenloyalit\u00e4t. 93 % der Talente, die \u00f6fter als einmal pro Woche von ihren Personalberater:innen kontaktiert werden, w\u00fcrden weiterhin mit ihnen zusammenarbeiten. Ein passendes Jobangebot wirkt sich auch \u00fcber die erste Vermittlung hinaus positiv aus. Die Loyalit\u00e4t der Kandidat:innen steigt auf 90 %, wenn sie neue Job- und Projektangebote erhalten, bevor der aktuelle Einsatz endet. Auch Weiterbildungsprogramme stehen hoch im Kurs: 89 % der Kandidat:innen bleiben ihrem Personaldienstleister treu, wenn sie an Weiterbildungen oder Umschulungen teilnehmen
