Nur knapp jedes zweite Unternehmen (49 %) verzeichnete ein Umsatzwachstum. Mehr als ein Viertel konnte ein Wachstum von 10 % oder mehr erzielen, den schwierigen Marktbedingungen zum Trotz. Dass der Markt allerdings wieder auf das Level vor der Pandemie zur\u00fcckkehrt, damit rechnet kaum noch jemand.<\/p>\n<p>Ein Blick auf die Neuausrichtung der Gesch\u00e4ftsstrategien lohnt sich, um trotz der unsicheren Marktlage erfolgreich zu sein. Die Neukundengewinnung hat 2025 zwar oberste Priorit\u00e4t. Doch <strong>ein Gro\u00dfteil der Personaldienstleister m\u00f6chte sich nicht mehr darauf verlassen<\/strong>. Stattdessen suchen sie nach neuen M\u00f6glichkeiten, um durch zus\u00e4tzliche L\u00f6sungen und Services Mehrwert f\u00fcr ihre Kunden zu schaffen.<\/p>\n<p>80 % der Unternehmen m\u00f6chten sich gut f\u00fcr die Zeit nach der Marktbelebung aufstellen und konzentrieren sich darauf, neue Marktanteile zu erschlie\u00dfen. Zwei weitere Top-Strategien zur Steigerung des Unternehmenserfolgs sind die Verbesserung der Produktivit\u00e4t mithilfe von Technologie und die Diversifizierung der Gesch\u00e4ftsfelder. Einerseits geht es also darum, Kosten zu senken.
