Die Fill Rate f\u00fcr Festanstellungen ist zwar leicht zur\u00fcckgegangen, doch der April markierte das bisherige Jahreshoch \u2013 und der Mai-Wert liegt weiterhin deutlich \u00fcber dem Niveau vom Jahresbeginn. Das sind insgesamt positive Signale f\u00fcr den Festanstellungsmarkt in Europa \u2013 vorausgesetzt, das Besch\u00e4ftigungswachstum setzt sich in den kommenden Monaten fort.<\/p>\n<p>Auf der Seite der Zeitarbeit ist das Bild weniger ermutigend. Die Anzahl der Zeitarbeitsstellen pro Recruiter:in sank im Mai um 16 % und liegt damit 8 % unter dem Wert von Mai 2025 \u2013 ein Zeichen f\u00fcr einen anhaltenden R\u00fcckgang des Zeitarbeitsvolumens. Und obwohl die Fill Rate gegen\u00fcber 2025 gestiegen ist, sank auch dieser Indikator f\u00fcr die Besetzungsgeschwindigkeit im Mai. Zus\u00e4tzlich m\u00fcssen Recruiter:innen im Zeitarbeitsbereich zunehmend mehr CVs einreichen, um eine Platzierung zu erzielen.
