Bei den Festanstellungen sank die Zahl der offenen Stellen gegen\u00fcber Mai um 6,5 %, die wichtigsten Marktindikatoren bleiben jedoch positiv. Das Stellenvolumen f\u00fcr Festanstellungen liegt weiterhin mehr als 10 % \u00fcber dem Niveau des Vorjahresmonats. Gleichzeitig stieg die Job Fill Rate von 78 auf 88, w\u00e4hrend die Anzahl der Einreichungen pro Stelle von 91 auf 86 zur\u00fcckging.<\/p>\n<p>Das deutet auf einen Markt hin, in dem sich das Volumen nach einer starken Phase etwas abk\u00fchlt, Personalvermittlungen jedoch effizienter arbeiten. Es sind weniger Kandidat:innen-Vorschl\u00e4ge erforderlich, um Stellen erfolgreich zu besetzen. Gleichzeitig spricht die steigende Job Fill Rate daf\u00fcr, dass Kunden auch im Vorfeld der Sommermonate weiterhin wichtige Positionen besetzen und dabei weniger Zeit und Recruiting-Aufwand ben\u00f6tigen. F\u00fcr Festanstellungen liefert der Juni damit vor allem ein Effizienzsignal: weniger Volumen als im Mai, aber bessere Konversionsraten und ein st\u00e4rkeres Niveau als im Vorjahr.<br \/>\nAuch die Zeitarbeit entwickelte sich im Juni deutlich positiver. Nach einem schwachen Fr\u00fchjahr stieg die Zahl der Zeitarbeitsstellen gegen\u00fcber Mai um 21 %, sodass das Niveau wieder leicht \u00fcber dem von Juni 2025 liegt. Die Job Fill Rate erh\u00f6hte sich von 87 auf 92, w\u00e4hrend die Anzahl der Einreichungen pro Stelle von 124 auf 116 sank.<br \/>\nDie Job Fill Rate in der Zeitarbeit setzt damit ihren positiven Trend der vergangenen Jahre fort und bleibt weiterhin h\u00f6her als bei Festanstellungen. Der Juni zeigt eine deutliche Erholung \u2013 sowohl bei der Nachfrage als auch bei der Besetzbarkeit. Personalvermittlungen ben\u00f6tigen weniger Kandidat\u00e4ge pro Stelle, w\u00e4hrend die Job Fill Rate weiter steigt. Das deutet darauf hin, dass Recruiting-Teams Stellen mit geringerem Aufwand erfolgreicher besetzen.<br \/>\nInsgesamt zeigen die Zahlen, dass es im Juni nicht nur um mehr oder weniger offene Stellen geht. Die wichtigste Entwicklung ist die Kombination aus h\u00f6heren Job Fill Rates und geringerem Recruiting-Aufwand. Personalvermittlungen erzielen mit weniger Einreichungen bessere Ergebnisse \u2013 ein deutliches Zeichen f\u00fcr steigende Effizienz.<br \/>\nSollte sich dieser Trend fortsetzen, k\u00f6nnte Effizienz zu einem wichtigen Wettbewerbsvorteil f\u00fcr Personalvermittlungen in Nordwesteuropa werden.
