Die Kombination aus weniger Stellenauftr\u00e4gen, r\u00fcckl\u00e4ufigen Fill Rates im Monatsvergleich und mehr Kandidateneinreichungen pro Stellenauftrag deutet jedoch darauf hin, dass auch die allgemeine Marktlage zur Abschw\u00e4chung beitragen k\u00f6nnte.<\/p>\n<p>Die Zahl der Stellenauftr\u00e4ge f\u00fcr Festanstellungen pro Recruiter sank gegen\u00fcber Juni um -22 % und lag -24 % unter dem Vorjahresniveau. W\u00e4hrend die Sommer- und Urlaubszeit die Einstellungsaktivit\u00e4t \u00fcblicherweise d\u00e4mpft, deutet das Ausma\u00df des R\u00fcckgangs auf einen zur\u00fcckhaltenderen Markt hin. Die Fill Rate f\u00fcr Festanstellungen lag weiterhin +6 % \u00fcber dem Juli 2025, ging gegen\u00fcber Juni 2026 jedoch zur\u00fcck. Gleichzeitig stieg die Zahl der Kandidateneinreichungen pro Stellenauftrag von Juni auf Juli um +15 %. Das deutet darauf hin, dass Recruiter bei nachlassender Nachfrage mehr Kandidat:innen pro Vakanz vorstellen mussten.<\/p>\n<p>In der Zeitarbeit zeigte sich ein \u00e4hnliches Bild. Die Zahl der Stellenauftr\u00e4ge sank gegen\u00fcber Juni um -9 % und lag -6 % unter dem Niveau von Juli 2025. Die Fill Rate in der Zeitarbeit blieb +6 % \u00fcber dem Vorjahreswert, ging im Monatsvergleich jedoch leicht zur\u00fcck. Gleichzeitig reichten Recruiter +5 % mehr Kandidat:innen pro Stellenauftrag ein als im Juni \u2013 ein Hinweis auf einen steigenden Recruiting-Aufwand bei nachlassender Nachfrage.<\/p>\n<p>Insgesamt entsprechen die Juli-Daten dem saisonalen R\u00fcckgang, der typischerweise in den Sommermonaten zu beobachten ist. Es ist jedoch noch zu fr\u00fch, die Entwicklung ausschlie\u00dflich auf saisonale Effekte zur\u00fcckzuf\u00fchren. Auch die allgemeine wirtschaftliche und geopolitische Unsicherheit k\u00f6nnte zu einer schw\u00e4cheren Einstellungsnachfrage beitragen. Die Fill Rates liegen weiterhin \u00fcber dem Vorjahresniveau und zeigen damit eine gewisse Widerstandsf\u00e4higkeit.
