We no longer target millennials, we have to analyze and reach a new target group. To find suitable candidates, you have to you have to understand the target group and to do that you have to understand them first. &#8222;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"># 2 mobile recruiting<\/span><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">&#8220; <\/span><\/span><span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Another trend will continue to be mobile recruiting. The young talents are online. Most of the day. That is why the focus has to be on online channels to pick up the candidates where they are already, so to speak to run into their familiar surroundings like Facebook.<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"> &#8222;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"># 3 Google for Jobs<\/span><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">&#8220; <\/span><\/span><span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">If we take a look away from the candidates and look in the direction of development, we have news that can be frightening for recruitment companies like us. Google is launching its <\/span><\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bullhorn.com\/de\/blog\/2018\/01\/03\/google-for-jobs-in-deutschland\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">own job function<\/span><\/span><\/a><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"> . In the United States already introduced, we are still waiting for the definitive starting signal in Germany, but what does that mean for the recruitment industry? Preparation! All job advertisements that are online on jobboards must be adjusted so that the introduction of &#8222;Google for Jobs&#8220; is one not surprised, but generated an advantage.<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"> &#8222;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Of course, many of our colleagues are currently working on the same trends. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">How do you think you can differ from the competition?<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<h4><b><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Candidates First<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">The War for Talents will be felt more clearly this year than ever, so our motto is: Candidates First. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">We want to be an employer where the young talents want to work. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">The key, as already mentioned, is to analyze the target groups and respond to their needs. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Employer branding is the key word. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">We are a young company, we all work quickly and are always ready to help our students. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">It is important to us that the candidates know that we appreciate their work and that we want them to be happy with us. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">We work with the students and are always happy to receive feedback, we keep up with the times!<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">When it comes to finding top talent in a particular field, there are countless approaches. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Can you tell us your insider tip?<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<h4><b><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">It&#8217;s all in the mix<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span>Entscheidend ist es, die perfekte Mischung zu finden. Wie schon erw\u00e4hnt stehen die Kandidaten bei uns im Mittelpunkt und wir finden es wichtig, dass YoungCapital damit verbunden wird. Dazu geh\u00f6rt in erster Linie auch das Optimieren der Customer Journey. Wir wollen erreichen, dass die Studenten schnell einen passenden Job f\u00fcr sich finden und sich in diesem auch richtig betreut f\u00fchlen. F\u00fcr viele ist es der erste Job und somit ein Grundstein f\u00fcr ihre Karriere und die Einstellung zur Arbeitswelt. Wir wollen unterst\u00fctzen, wo wir k\u00f6nnen, um diese Erfahrung eine Gute zu machen. Auch unseren Kunden wollen wir so viel Arbeit wie m\u00f6glich abnehmen, deshalb \u00fcbernehmen wir nicht nur das Recruiting f\u00fcr unsere Kunden, sondern planen auch die Einsatzstunden und die Abrechnungen. Wir sind ein verl\u00e4sslicher Partner f\u00fcr Studenten und die Unternehmen, die uns vertrauen. Auf dem Weg dorthin ist es allerdings auch wichtig gute Kandidaten \u00fcber andere Wege zu erreichen, so setzen wir auch auf Active Sourcing in verschiedenen Netzwerken und einen guten Online-Auftritt. Meiner Meinung nach ist Flexibilit\u00e4t und Vielseitigkeit hier der beste Weg zum Ziel.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Welche Rolle wird Technologie beim Recruiting von morgen spielen?<\/h3>\n<h4><b>Technologie verk\u00fcrzt und vereinfacht den Bewerbungsweg<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span>Gerade bei unserer Zielgruppe ist es entscheidend neue Technologien zu beachten. Es gibt eine Vielzahl von neuen Herangehensweisen an das Recruiting. Mit k\u00fcnstlicher Intelligenz, Videobewerbungen und Apps, bei denen man mit \u201eSwipen\u201c seinen Traumjob finden kann, sind nur einige genannt. Doch gerade weil der Trend zur Pers\u00f6nlichkeit und weg von Noten und hervorragenden Abschl\u00fcssen driftet, glaube ich, dass das pers\u00f6nliche Interview nicht ersetzt werden kann. Es ist allerdings eindeutig, dass der Bewerbungsweg durch neue Technologien um einiges verk\u00fcrzt und vereinfacht werden kann. Ein super Vorteil dieser neuen Technologien ist, dass man die Kandidaten viel einfacher und auf vielen Wegen erreichen und finden kann. Man kann sich eventuell sogar schon einen ersten Eindruck von der Pers\u00f6nlichkeit machen.
