<\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">It makes a huge difference.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Two important <\/span><\/span><\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sourcecon.com\/when-is-the-best-time-to-contact-a-candidate\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">studies on email opening<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"> rates, for example, found significantly higher response rates from candidates over the weekend, which is mainly due to significantly lower competition and a lower email volume. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">So the weekend is a sure thing, right? <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Not when you contact your candidates on LinkedIn. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Mail sent on Saturdays <\/span><\/span><\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/business.linkedin.com\/talent-solutions\/blog\/linkedin-best-practices\/2015\/9-stats-that-will-help-you-write-better-linkedin-inmails\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">is 16% less likely<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"> to respond than other days of the week.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">The morning is a sure thing<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">While the day of the week differs significantly from medium to medium, morning seems to be a good time regardless of the medium. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Recruiters who send emails early in the morning (as well as in the evening) get the best response rates. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">From 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. the magic hour for LinkedIn. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">The best time to call is from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">(Calls after 4:00 pm are pointless.)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">The content of your message is the deciding factor<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">When you send your email is important, but your content is all the more important. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Are you using an interesting subject line?
