inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">In order to optimize their ability to attract talent, most companies prefer to post their job offers in several job portals. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">While this used to be done manually, most recruiters now use automated postings via a job distribution platform. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Automated job postings offer more visibility, centralized administration, improved time-to-fill and an intelligent ROI.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Most job distribution platforms are third-party applications that manage:<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"> The flow of job advertisements from the organization&#8217;s data system to the various job style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">An open position is recognized in the data system and (via an API-based integration and simple user interface) fed into the job distribution platform.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">The job distribution platform transfers the positions (via XML feed or API-based integrations) to the various job portals with which the organization has contracts. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">There are also numerous free job portals.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">The posts are activated in the various job portals and are then open to applications from candidates.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">When candidates apply, the job portals forward the applicant data to the job distribution platform (CV, contact details and important information of the candidate).<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">The job distribution platform then forwards the candidate&#8217;s data to the linked parser of the data system.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">The parser parses the candidate file and appends it to the location in the data system.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span
