Oktober auf der ersten Bullhorn Roadshow in Wiesbaden, im Rahmen des Pre-Events zur STAFFINGpro Expo. Dabei zeigte Kraus den rund 80 ausgew\u00e4hlten Teilnehmenden im Kurhaus Wiesbaden auf, wie Technologie Unternehmen im aktuellen Wirtschaftsklima helfen kann, der Konkurrenz heute und k\u00fcnftig einen Schritt voraus zu sein. Dabei legte er den Schwerpunkt auf <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bullhorn.com\/de\/produkte\/recruiting-automatisierung\/\">Automatisierung<\/a> und <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bullhorn.com\/products\/copilot\/\">k\u00fcnstliche Intelligenz<\/a> \u2013 und die Chancen, die sich daraus ergeben.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Automatisierung als Erfolgsgarant? <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>In seinem Vortrag stellte Marek Kraus auf Basis der k\u00fcrzlich ver\u00f6ffentlichten <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bullhorn.com\/de\/grid\/\">GRID 2023-Studie<\/a> die 3 Top-Herausforderungen f\u00fcr Personaldienstleister:innen in der DACH-Region vor:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>54% klagen \u00fcber zu wenige Kandidat:innen<\/li>\n<li>36% nannten die wirtschaftliche Unsicherheit<\/li>\n<li>21% berichten von zu wenigen Kundenanfragen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Bisherige Ans\u00e4tze greifen nicht mehr, daher braucht es f\u00fcr diese Herausforderungen neue digitale L\u00f6sungen und Wege. \u201eDiese neue Richtung m\u00fcssen wir nun auch in der Recruiting-Branche einschlagen\u201c, so Marek Kraus. Schlie\u00dflich seien nur 19 % der Recruiter:innen im Bereich Automatisierung gut aufgestellt. Zum Vergleich: Im Handel sprechen wir von 100 %. In der Recruitingbranche steht also ein Ver\u00e4nderungsprozess an, den es zu begleiten gilt. Marek Kraus ging auch auf die Bedenken gegen\u00fcber KI ein und gab einen vielversprechenden Ausblick: \u201eKI wird Recruiter nicht ersetzen, aber ihre Arbeit effizienter machen.
