Oktober auf der ersten Bullhorn Roadshow im Rahmen des Pre-Events zur STAFFINGpro Expo in Wiesbaden ihren rund 80 Zuh\u00f6rer:innen, wie Unternehmen konkret ihre Effizienz steigern und eine reibungslosere Kandidat:innen- und Kundenerfahrung bieten k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Effizienzsteigerung durch Automatisierung<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Stella Becker motivierte in ihrem Vortrag Unternehmen, auf automatisierte Prozesse zu setzen und die Vorteile zu nutzen. Wir bei Bullhorn wollen mit konkreten Beispielen, Best Practices und Studien wie unserem GRID 2023 Talent Trends Report versuchen, diese Unsicherheiten zu nehmen und wichtige Informationen zu teilen\u201c.<\/em><\/h3>\n<p>Denn Fakt ist:<strong> Kandidat:innen wollen mit Personaldienstleistern zusammenarbeiten.<\/strong> Wie die aktuelle <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bullhorn.com\/de\/grid\/\">GRID-Studie zeigt<\/a>, haben 66 % der Befragten eine positive Meinung von Personaldienstleistern und 70 % der Kandidat:innen w\u00fcnschen sich menschliche Interaktion bei der Jobsuche. Die studierte Medienwissenschaftlerin betonte, dass sich Kandidat:innen eine bessere Erfahrung w\u00e4hrend des Rekrutierungs-Zyklus w\u00fcnschen.<\/p>\n<p>So haben 66% der Befragten eine Bewerbung abgebrochen, weil der Prozess zu lange dauerte. 43% nannten eine schlechte Kommunikation als Hauptgrund f\u00fcr eine schlechte Erfahrung. Andererseits gibt es eine gro\u00dfe Gruppe an passiven Kandidat:innen, die immerhin 81 % des gesamten Marktes umfasst. Diese Zahl ist so hoch, weil viele Kandidatendaten veraltet sind und diese somit in die Kategorie passiv eingestuft werden. \u201eDas k\u00f6nnen Sie vermeiden, indem Ihre Prozesse und das Engagement automatisiert sind\u201c, appelliert die Key Account Managerin. Denn immerhin gaben 28 % der Kandidat:innen in der Grid-Umfrage an, dass die Kontaktfrequenz nach Beginn des Auftrags abnimmt.<\/p>\n<p>Mehr als jeder Dritte (36 %) gaben an, ihr Recruiter habe sie bis zum Ende des Einsatzes nicht \u00fcber zuk\u00fcnftige M\u00f6glichkeiten informiert.<\/p>\n<h3><em>\u201eLassen Sie diese Gelegenheit nicht ungenutzt.
