Today, Bullhorn acquired EASY Software Solutions, the makers of the timeshEASY time and expense management, invoicing, and commission calculation solution. This is a game-changer for our customers, who can now turn to Bullhorn to automate their end-to-end recruiting process. timeshEASY will now be called Bullhorn Back Office.<\/p>\n

Bullhorn has been experimenting in the time and expense space since 2004 and since then, we’ve built some great relationships with a number of successful timesheet management partners. We’ve always known that Web-based time capture would someday eliminate the paper-based back office. Paper timecards, fax machines, and paper invoices just have no place in a post-Internet world. We just didn’t know exactly when it would happen, and up until recently, paper and fax machines were remarkably resilient incumbents. We were looking for a major event that would bring an end to this paper chase.<\/p>\n

That major event turned out to be the surge in popularity of mobile computing. Now that computers have landed in everyone’s pockets, hiring managers and employees are demanding mobile and Web-based interfaces for managing contractor time and invoices. The ubiquity of mobile took Web-based time capture from being a nice-to-have to being a need-to-have.<\/p>\n

EASY Software has already seen great success with Bullhorn’s customers as a pre-integrated solution within the Bullhorn Marketplace. Not only did the EASY team create a fantastic Web-based time capture and invoicing system, but they also hit a homerun with mobile. The depth and quality of their product truly stood out and its ease of use for hiring managers and contractors was a clear advantage. And, like us, Jeff Jefferson and his team at EASY Software understand the needs of staffing firms. They are a company built by recruiters for recruiters, and they have a following of intensely loyal customers.<\/p>\n

Because EASY Software was already a Marketplace Partner, their products are already pre-integrated with our market-leading front office solution, the Bullhorn ATS.
