It\u2019s week one of 2013, and it\u2019s time to set yourself up for success. There\u2019s something about a brand new year that invokes change and inspires motivation within us. It could be the fireworks and confetti that explode into the air or maybe just the simple feeling of a fresh start. Either way it encourages us to hit the reset button and adjust our focus on being better and more efficient at everything we do. However, finding that motivation in the New Year can be quite the challenge, especially after weeks of friendly gatherings and holiday festivities.<\/p>\n

As an IT sales professional, it\u2019s difficult to start off strong when clients and prospects are not quite organized or ready to carry out staffing plans. But, don\u2019t let it slow you down! Carry your momentum from 2012 into the New Year in order to set yourself up for success in 2013 \u2015 even if you are being told, \u201cwe don\u2019t have our budgets set yet\u201d or \u201cit\u2019s too early to discuss our staffing needs.\u201d<\/p>\n
