New workplace regulations and day-to-day business concerns are accounted for to ensure complete parity when comparing results year-over-year. This year, more than one thousand companies registered to take part.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Bullhorn, however, despite being a new entrant in 2016, landed in the top 50 Best Small Companies to Work For in 2016, coming in at #44.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"238\" height=\"240\" class=\" size-full wp-image-14693 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bullhorn.com\/eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/21\/2016\/03\/The-Sunday-Times-100-Best-Small-Companies-to-Work-for.jpg\" alt=\"100 Best Small Companies to Work for\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.bullhorn.com\/eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/21\/2016\/03\/The-Sunday-Times-100-Best-Small-Companies-to-Work-for.jpg 238w, https:\/\/www.bullhorn.com\/eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/21\/2016\/03\/The-Sunday-Times-100-Best-Small-Companies-to-Work-for-150x150.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 238px) 100vw, 238px\" \/> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Bullhorn is proud to declare that 89% of staff see a positive future with the company, and an incredible 95% are positive about where the business is going.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">However, it shouldn\u2019t be a surprise that employees love working at Bullhorn \u2013 staff benefits include a newly announced unlimited holiday scheme, and year-over-year revenue has more than doubled to <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a315.5m<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.
