The recruitment industry has undergone huge change in the last four to five years. The increasing popularity of social networking, mobile devices, and data analytics have meant that the market is more competitive than ever. But what skills do recruiters need to get, and stay ahead, of the competition in 2015?<\/p>\n

Data driven<\/strong><\/p>\n

It\u2019s not about who you know, it\u2019s about what you know and how fast you can slice and dice the right data. That\u2019s because recruiters who can access and analyse candidate information quicker than anyone else will reign supreme. This requires expert industry knowledge and the ability to sift through reams and reams of information to find the best fit.<\/p>\n
