Your candidate database is the lifeblood of your business\u2014make sure your technology and business practices don\u2019t hinder your ability to build talent pools in a compliant manner.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Develop Your Online Presence<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">While sourcing candidates yourself is crucial, you need to also think about what image your brand portrays when talent finds you. Does it encourage candidates to engage with you and share their details? Does it tell them that their career will be in safe hands?
