This year\u2019s theme is \u201cCustomer Service Superheroes\u201d \u2013 fittingly chosen to represent the commitment and efforts of those on the front line who work day in and day out to ensure that all customers receive the best service possible.<\/p>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"  wp-image-7274 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bullhorn.com\/eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/21\/2015\/10\/yes3.jpg\" alt=\"yes3\" width=\"120\" height=\"160\" \/>\n<p>The customer service professionals at Bullhorn certainly deserve to have their \u201csuperheroic\u201d qualities recognised.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">You may be aware that Bullhorn\u2019s mission is to \u201cdeliver an incredible customer experience,\u201d and our global support team has been doing just that: Bullhorn\u2019s Customer Service Survey now scores at a record 95%, and the team is working hard to get to 100%.<\/span><\/p>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"750\" height=\"477\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-7277\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bullhorn.com\/eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/21\/2015\/10\/Support-Score.jpg\" alt=\"Support Score\" \/>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In particular, support has worked tirelessly this year to reduce waiting times for customers with support queries by eliminating the backlog of open support queries and constantly working with each other and our customers to improve our quality scores. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">As such, Bullhorn is celebrating its superheroes throughout the week with a variety of events, including a (compulsory) Superhero Costume Day.
