It was also Back to the Future Day, celebrating the date Marty McFly visited, in his time-travelling DeLorean, in the Back to the Future sequel of 1989.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">At Bullhorn Live this year it was clear that no one from 1989, not even Marty McFly, could have predicted how much further into the future we\u2019d have flown by now. With 2015\u2019s Bullhorn Live theme, <\/span><b>The Future is Today<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, Bullhorn sped through time in its own trusty DeLorean to bring the future of Recruitment CRM to us, right here in London. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">So, what did we learn at <\/span><b>Bullhorn Live 2015<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">? Gazing into the Bullhorn crystal ball, here are just some of the highlights:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Art Papas, Bullhorn CEO, kicked off the day looking into the future, with his vision for Bullhorn 2016.<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Then, at the Roadmap Keynote, we looked at the concepts of Bullhorn\u2019s future in more detail:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Bullhorn Connect<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u2013<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> using Automatic Data Capture to streamline candidate engagement, <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Bullhorn Pulse<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u2013<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> monitoring the health of contact relationships to provide valuable insight,<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Pulse Playbook<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u2013<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> the one-stop shop for all the intelligence you require to truly know your contacts,<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>The Account Health Index <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u2013<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">reacting to trigger words based on the voice of your customer, to measure engagement and sentiment.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">We continued to look ahead with the Bullhorn Customer Panel, where the auditorium resounded with open interaction between our user panel and the audience. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Bullhorn Marketplace Partners were also on hand to demonstrate how Bullhorn users can benefit by using their products. And, at the Bullhorn Hub, they were joined by Bullhorn Brains to provide a hands-on experience for guests wanting to see Bullhorn products in action.<\/span><\/p>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-7982\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bullhorn.com\/eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/21\/2015\/11\/bh-live-board.jpg\" alt=\"bh live board\" width=\"500\" height=\"300\" \/>\n<p><b>What\u2019s coming next?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Not Just a Recruitment CRM is where we met the Bullhorn products of the future <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u2013 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Career Portal, Bullhorn VMS Slingshot,<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Bullhorn Connect. We also talked about exciting changes to<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Bullhorn Onboarding.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>The Innovation Throwdown<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">At the Innovation Throwdown the guests get to choose what Bullhorn should work on next. Bullhorn experts present ideas for future product development, then the audience votes for the one to go into immediate development. This year Bullhorn\u2019s <\/span><b>SalesDuel<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> took the gold medal. It\u2019s Bullhorn\u2019s Fantasy CRM Tournament \u2013 the new way to drive workforce competition. It was a blast from the past. We played with Scalextric, Pac Man and Tetris machines, we jived to the retro sounds of Raf Band, and we enjoyed Edible Orb Mists, with cocktails from the Eighties. Then we then sliced up the DeLorean, because our car was a cake! Lip-licking vanilla-filled sponge with plenty of marzipan bodywork.
