Une \u00e9conomie ralentie et le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne du \u201cGreat Stay\u201d entra\u00eenent une faible activit\u00e9 sur le march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi, alors qu\u2019un nombre record de candidats, assist\u00e9s par l\u2019IA, postulent pour chaque offre disponible. Il est plus difficile que jamais pour les recruteurs d\u2019identifier les bons candidats avant que les plateformes d\u2019emploi assist\u00e9es par IA ne les devancent. Dans le m\u00eame temps, les candidats individuels peinent \u00e0 obtenir des r\u00e9ponses aux centaines de candidatures qu\u2019ils envoient. Les candidats professionnels sont les plus susceptibles de faire appel \u00e0 des cabinets de recrutement (40 %), suivis des candidats commerciaux (33 %) et du secteur de la sant\u00e9 (30 %). Seuls 26 % des candidats de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Z choisissent de travailler avec des Environ la moiti\u00e9 des candidats ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 interagi avec l\u2019IA dans le cadre de leur recherche d\u2019emploi, et 77 % d\u2019entre eux en ont gard\u00e9 une exp\u00e9rience positive. Parmi ceux ayant v\u00e9cu une exp\u00e9rience positive avec un entretien assist\u00e9 par IA, 93 % continueraient \u00e0 travailler avec leurs recruteurs, contre 76 % en moyenne et 67 % pour ceux
