Non, selon Lisa Jones de <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.barclayjones.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Barclay Jones<\/span><\/a>\u00a0<em>(lien en anglais)<\/em><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, ce ne sera rien de tout cela.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Durant son discours \u00e0 la r\u00e9cente conf\u00e9rence des recruteurs de Grande Bretagne, Madame Jones a insist\u00e9 que si la d\u00e9finition d\u2019innovation est \u00ab\u00a0le processus de traduire une id\u00e9e ou une invention en quelque chose qui cr\u00e9e de la valeur\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0alors, des images int\u00e9ressantes, LinkedIn Recruter, ou Al ne peuvent pas \u00eatre la prochaine innovation marquante de 2018. Bien que la technologie puisse \u00eatre un atout majeur, elle peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre un handicape important. Ne regardez plus vos marketer comme des employ\u00e9s faisant \u00ab\u00a0du coloriage au sein de leur d\u00e9partement\u00a0\u00bb et donnez-leur au contraire le pouvoir de prendre des initiatives et de cr\u00e9er un contenu permettant de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des ventes et des revenus \u2013 et non pas uniquement des clics.
