Als gevolg daarvan hebben Bullhorn, Inc. en haar dochterondernemingen (gezamenlijk &#8216;Bullhorn Group Companies&#8217;) onderling modelcontractbepalingen (&#8216;SCC&#8217;) afgesloten die door de Europese Commissie onder de AVG zijn goedgekeurd voor de overdracht van persoonsgegevens van Bullhorn Group Companies in de EER, het VK en Zwitserland naar Bullhorn Group Companies buiten deze gebieden.<\/p>\n<p>De SCC beschikt over adequate richtlijnen voor het beschermen van de privacy en fundamentele rechten en vrijheden van Europese burgers voor dergelijke gegevensoverdrachten buiten de EER, het VK en Zwitserland vastgelegd. De SCC waarborgt ook de toegang tot persoonsgegevens van onze gegevensverwerkers buiten de EER, het VK en Zwitserland.<\/p>\n<p>Naast het afsluiten van SCC hebben wij ons privacybeleid bijgewerkt om aan te geven dat gegevensoverdrachten naar Bullhorn Group Companies buiten de EER, het VK en Zwitserland volgens de SCC zullen plaatsvinden.<\/p>\n<p>Bullhorn blijft de ontwikkelingen die invloed hebben op gegevensoverdrachten naar gegevensimporteurs buiten de EER, het VK en Zwitserland continu volgen, ook na de beslissingen rondom Schrems 2 en de gevolgen van het einde van de BREXIT-overgangsperiode voor het VK.
