Tweederde van de recruitment bureaus (68%) liet een omzetstijging zien. Dat is een hoger percentage dan in 2021, terwijl dat al een sterk jaar was waarin bureaus zich terugvochten na het lastige 2020. Al 6 jaar lang stond het aantrekken van kandidaten in de top van prioriteiten, maar het afgelopen jaar werd er &#8211; door de toenemende tekorten en ongekend hoge vraag &#8211; rigoureus overgegaan op een werkwijze waarin de kandidaat centraal staat. Dit jaar keert het belang van het winnen van klanten terug en staat dit opnieuw bovenaan de prioriteitenlijst.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wat maakt dit jaar anders?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Het recruitment landschap verandert continu en daarmee verschuiven de prioriteiten voor recruitment bureaus elk jaar weer. Met de recente, economische ontwikkelingen in het achterhoofd is het opnieuw van cruciaal belang om nieuwe klanten binnen te halen.
