De wervingsactiviteit voor vaste functies stijgt weer, terwijl tijdelijke staffing nog steeds onder druk staat. De combinatie van een sterke toename in vacatures voor vaste plaatsingen, gekoppeld aan aanhoudende zwakte in het segment voor tijdelijk werk, wijst op heterogene marktomstandigheden.<\/p>\n<p>Het aantal vacatures voor vaste functies per recruiter steeg in september met +9% ten opzichte van augustus en lag +10% hoger dan een jaar eerder. Dit markeert een duidelijk herstel na de zomermaanden, waarbij juli een daling van -24% ten opzichte van juni liet zien en augustus slechts gedeeltelijk herstelde met -11% ten opzichte van september 2025. De september-cijfers suggereren dat de zomervertraging voornamelijk seizoensgebonden was en geen structurele marktafkoeling signaliseert. Het verschil met het voorgaande jaar is opmerkelijk: in september 2025 lag het aantal vacatures (119) aanzienlijk hoger dan nu (113), wat erop wijst dat het huidige herstel nog steeds onder het niveau van vorig jaar blijft, ondanks het positieve momentum van afgelopen maand.<\/p>\n<p>Binnen het segment van tijdelijke staffing is het beeld minder positief. Het aantal vacatures per recruiter steeg weliswaar met +14% ten opzichte van augustus, maar lag nog steeds -3% onder het niveau van september vorig jaar. Dit patroon verschilt opvallend van wat werd waargenomen in het segment vaste plaatsingen. Waar vaste functies inmiddels boven het niveau van vorig jaar uitkomen, blijft tijdelijk werk achter. Augustus kende een forse daling van -12% in tijdelijke vacatures ten opzichte van juli, wat samen met het meer bescheiden herstel in september wijst op aanhoudende voorzichtigheid bij werkgevers voor flexibele inzetbaarheid.<\/p>\n<p>Over het geheel genomen duiden de september-cijfers op een markt die uit de zomervertraging komt, met name voor vaste plaatsingen. Desondanks roept de voortdurende zwakte in het segment voor tijdelijk werk vragen op over de structurele vraag naar flexibele arbeidskrachten.
