Wij bespreken drie manieren waarop je social media effectief kunt inzetten om een zo goed mogelijk resultaat te behalen voor jouw bureau.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">#1 Zoek op social media naar geschikte kandidaten<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In een recente <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bullhorn.com\/uk\/resources\/2017-uk-recruitment-trends-report\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">studie<\/a>\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">werd aan ongeveer 1400 recruitment professionals gevraagd wat zij de beste bron vinden om in contact te komen met waardevolle kandidaten. Zij noemden massaal social media als effectief kanaal om kandidaten te vinden.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Om het beste uit je social sourcing te halen, moet je wel even de tijd nemen om de juiste technieken te leren. Als je de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bullhorn.com\/nl\/kennisbank\/rechtstreeks-naar-bron-waarom-sourcing-kandidaten-belangrijk-is-en-tips-succes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">tips en tricks<\/a>\u00a0<\/span>om kandidaten te vinden op social media eenmaal onder de knie hebt, en weet hoe je ze het beste kunt benaderen (zo wordt bijvoorbeeld op werkdagen tussen 9 en 10 \u2018s ochtends het meest gereageerd via LinkedIn), kun je heel wat bereiken.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">#2 Meet de kandidaattevredenheid<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Vraag: <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Zijn je kandidaten blij met de service die je levert? En h<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">oe weet je of jouw antwoord op de eerste vraag correct is?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Minder dan de helft (48 procent) van de staffing professionals die zijn ondervraagd in het <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bullhorn.com\/uk\/resources\/2017-uk-recruitment-trends-report\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">2017 Trends Rapport<\/a> zegt continu de candidate experience te meten.
