Zoals de candidate sourcing inspanningen van je bedrijf. Natuurlijk van iets minder vitaal belang dan ademhalen, maar toch. Het kan een groot verschil maken als het aankomt op het succes van je recruitment bureau. Hier zijn drie redenen waarom.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">#1 Getalenteerde kandidaten zijn moeilijk te vinden<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Klinkt als een open deur? Klopt, maar de impact van het tekort aan talent mag je niet onderschatten. Uit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bullhorn.com\/uk\/resources\/2018-uk-recruitment-trends-report\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">onderzoek<\/a> blijkt dat recruitment professionals de schaarste aan talent zien als een van de grootste uitdagingen in hun werk.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Goede medewerkers zijn de meest kostbare en ongrijpbare factor van iedere organisatie, dus het is niet meer dan logisch dat het vinden en aantrekken van kandidaten een van de voornaamste prioriteiten moet zijn van je bedrijf.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">#2 De markt trekt aan<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Er is niet alleen vraag naar kandidaten vanwege het tekort aan talent. Bureaus zien ook een toenemende vraag naar hun diensten.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Met een toenemende wervingsbehoefte en een stijgende concurrentie in de bureaumarkt, is het te verwachten dat de schaarste aan talent groeit. Het vinden en binden van kandidaten wordt moeilijker dan ooit. Wie weet hoe hij dit moet aanpakken bepaalt het verschil tussen succes en zwoegen.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">#3 Iedereen doet het<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Deze redenering gaat natuurlijk niet altijd op, maar wat anderen doen heeft wel gevolgen voor je bureau wanneer het gaat om je candidate sourcing inspanningen. Als de vijver waarin je vist niet bepaald vol vette vis zit en iedereen plaatst extra hengels met meer aas, dan zal jij ook moeten opschalen. Maar nog beter zou zijn als jij ook nog iets extra&#8217;s doet. Iets dat niemand anders doet. Iets dat heel aanlokkelijk is. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In het onderzoek geeft een groot deel van de respondenten aan te verwachten dat zij meer zullen investeren in technologie. Met de focus op het\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">talent acquisitieproces, is het zeer waarschijnlijk dat deze investeringen ook recruitment technologie, geavanceerde sourcing tools, betere scholing en recruitment marketing zullen betreffen. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Toch hoeft het niet veel te kosten. Ook met relatief eenvoudige en kleine acties kan je een groot resultaat behalen in je sourcing.
