Met dat in gedachten, hebben we een aantal proactieve tips verzameld om je te helpen kandidaten te vinden en te plaatsen. En we noemen een paar valkuilen.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">#1 Focus niet alleen op salaris<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Richt je niet alleen op het salarisverschil tussen de huidige functie van een kandidaat en een nieuwe vacature. Hoewel salaris belangrijk is voor potenti\u00eble kandidaten, is dit niet het enige aspect waarnaar zij kijken bij een nieuwe vacature. Heel goed! Probeer in de berichten die je verstuurt ook te vari\u00ebren. En test wat het beste werkt. Het reactiepercentage toont aan welke toon of aanpak het meest effectief is. Profiteer optimaal van de beperkte tijd die je aan sourcing kan besteden. Meet wat wel werkt en wat niet en behoud het goede. Kies een consistente methode om kandidaten te vinden. Een vaste structuur geeft je juist de ruimte om creatieve en onconventionele mogelijkheden te verkennen om in contact te komen en te blijven met kandidaten.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">#4 Maak gebruik van je ATS om kandidaten te vinden<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Recruitment professionals noemen de kandidaten in hun recruitmentsysteem ofwel ATS als de nummer \u00e9\u00e9n bron voor succesvolle plaatsingen. Maar een kandidatendatabase is zo goed als de data die je erin stopt. Wees zorgvuldig, maak \u00a0gebruik van de mogelijkheden van je ATS (zoals parsing, extracting, search &amp; match, LinkedIn integratie) en houd de database schoon. Weinig recruiters bellen kandidaten voor het eerste contact, waardoor het gebruik van de telefoon een goede manier is om je te onderscheiden van anderen. Als je het goed aanpakt, dan kan relaties opbouwen via de telefoon je onderscheiden van andere sourcers\/recruiters.
