Je moet in staat zijn per situatie en per doelgroep je aanpak te veranderen om resultaten te blijven behalen. Soms is dat best lastig en vermoeiend.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Om je te helpen je &#8216;recruitmentspieren\u2019 krachtig te houden, geven we je in dit blog een aantal \u2018trainingstips\u2019 om je recruitmentaanpak sterk en gezond te houden!<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;color: #ff6600\">Trainingstip 1: Blaas nieuw leven in je gesprekken<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Succesvolle gesprekken zorgen voor succesvolle plaatsingen. Gebruik jij al een tijdje hetzelfde gespreksformat? Dan wordt het tijd om aan je techniek te werken. Vraag jij altijd naar <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">eerdere ervaringen die je helpen de vereiste competenties te achterhalen? Wissel deze dan af met vragen waarmee je de emotionele intelligentie toetst. Hiermee kan je sneller toptalent scheiden van de rest.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Het belangrijkste is om je vragen af te stemmen op de functie waar je voor werft. Hoe aantrekkelijk een baan ook is, als de sollicitatiebeleving van een kandidaat niet prettig is, is de kans groot dat hij afziet van jouw aanbod.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Bouw een relatie op met je talentpool. Maak er een gewoonte van kandidaten via de mail of telefoon op de hoogte te houden van nieuwe ontwikkelingen, statusupdates over vacatures en sollicitaties, interessante events en dergelijke. Hierdoor wordt de recruiter-kandidaat relatie sterker en dit versterkt de tevredenheid van een kandidaat. En een tevreden kandidaat is eerder geneigd een ambassadeur te zijn voor jouw organisatie. En dat levert positieve referenties en feedback op.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Om je communicatie en kandidaatmanagement optimaal te houden is het aan te raden om kandidaatcontact als touch point wekelijks in je agenda te zetten. Maar om op te vallen bij toptalent in deze overvolle markt moeten je vacatureteksten echt onderscheidend zijn. Vergeet alle standaardlijstjes met\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">vereiste vaardigheden. Maak keuzes, weet waar het om draait, kies originele bewoordingen en cre\u00eber aantrekkelijke teksten die kandidaten in het hart raken en verleiden om te solliciteren. Schrijf niet alleen over de functie, maar ook over de organisatie en de organisatiecultuur. Verdiep je in de aspecten die jouw doelgroep belangrijk vindt en verkoop de voordelen van de functie aan potenti\u00eble kandidaten.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;color: #ff6600\">Trainingstip\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;color: #ff6600\">4: Sla nooit de follow-ups over<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ook kandidaten die afgewezen zijn, kan je een goede candidate experience bieden. Veel recruiters slagen er niet in het contact te behouden met afgewezen kandidaten, terwijl juist deze groep heel veel kansen biedt. Daarnaast loop je bij een teleurgestelde kandidaat die zich slecht behandeld voelt, het risico dat hij in de markt gaat klagen of\u00a0 negatieve berichten op social media plaatst.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Besteed ook tijd aan afgewezen sollicitanten. Bedank hen voor hun tijd en moeite, licht de reden van afwijzing toe, bied feedback en geef hen tips die hen kunnen helpen bij volgende sollicitaties en in hun loopbaan. De afgelopen jaren heeft de recruitmentbranche kunnen profiteren van een grote toename van geautomatiseerde oplossingen.
