Het CRM is de basis van al hun activiteiten: het is de plek waar de meeste activiteiten plaatsvinden en waar al je kandidaat- en klantinformatie opgeslagen is.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Mobile recruitment betekent dat je alle activiteiten die je in je CRM uitvoert niet alleen op je laptop, maar ook op je ipad of smartphone kunt uitvoeren.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Kun je vlak voor een afspraak op locatie nog even snel bedrijven en contacten opzoeken om aantekeningen, vacatures en plaatsingen te bekijken?\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Kun je na een afspraak via je mobile recruitment software direct data invoeren in je ATS, waardoor je details kunt vastleggen die anders vergeten zouden worden?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Als recruiter of verkoper is het van cruciaal belang dat je overal je werk kunt doen. Zonder de flexibiliteit van mobile recruitment software wordt het een stuk moeilijker om te voldoen aan de eisen die je dagelijkse leven aan je stelt.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">Waar moet ik naar zoeken in mobile recruitment software?<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Je mobiele recruitment software is een extensie van je <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bullhorn.com\/nl\/producten\/applicant-tracking-system\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ATS<\/a> en daar moet je rekening mee houden tijdens het kiezen van je recruitment software.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Mobile recruitment software moet minimaal beschikken over de volgende mogelijkheden:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Medewerkers, contacten, functies en plaatsingen bekijken<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Kandidaten zoeken en cv&#8217;s bekijken<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Klanten en kandidaten in kaart brengen en routebeschrijvingen weergeven<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Mail en kalender automatisch bijhouden<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Aantekeningen maken en bekijken<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">Mobile recruitment voor kandidaten<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">De andere definitie van mobile recruitment heeft betrekking op het inzetten van mobiele technologie\u00ebn om daardoor beter kandidaten te engagen, te vinden en te plaatsen. Is je website en ATS dusdanig geoptimaliseerd dat je klant en kandidaat een complete mobiele ervaring kunt bieden?<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">Waarom is mobiel belangrijk voor kandidaten?<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Smartphones en andere mobiele apparaten hebben een enorme impact op de manier waarop kandidaten het sollicitatieproces benaderen. Volgens internationaal onderzoek vindt maar liefst <a href=\"https:\/\/theundercoverrecruiter.com\/global-stats-recruiting-trends\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">89% van de kandidaten<\/a>\u00a0dat mobiele apparaten een belangrijke rol spelen in de zoektocht naar een baan. Het grootste deel van het verkeer naar recruitmentsites start via de smartphone en volgens het <a href=\"https:\/\/www.emerce.nl\/wire\/solliciteren-via-smartphone-belangrijkste-recruitmenttrend-2018\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Social Media Recruitment Onderzoek van MrWork<\/a> verliep in 2017 al 40% van alle sollicitaties via mobiel en herkent 58% van de organisaties het belang van mobiel solliciteren.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Toch sluiten nog veel organisaties onvoldoende aan op deze trend. Volgens <a href=\"https:\/\/theundercoverrecruiter.com\/global-stats-recruiting-trends\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Undercover Recruiter<\/a> is slechts<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">39% van alle werken-bij websites geoptimaliseerd voor mobiel<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">36% van alle vacatureplaatsingen geoptimaliseerd voor mobiel<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">36% van alle sollicitatieprocessen geoptimaliseerd voor mobiel<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En denken we dat dit in Nederland anders is? Dan hebben we het mis. Indeed deed een groot Europees onderzoek waaruit blijkt dat slechts 32% van de organisaties in Nederland een mobielvriendelijke sollicitatieprocedure heeft. Daarbij kunnen wij nog een voorbeeld nemen aan de landen om ons heen.\u00a0 In Frankrijk (71%), Duitsland (67%)en Groot Brittanni\u00eb (49%) kunnen kandidaten bij aanzienlijk meer bedrijven solliciteren via hun smartphone.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Als je een candidate experience wil realiseren die aansluit op de manier waarop kandidaten het internet gebruiken, kan je niet zonder een goede mobiele candidate experience. Wanneer je website onhandig is in gebruik, traag werkt of niet goed schaalt op mobiel, haakt een kandidaat al snel af. En daarmee loop je de kans waardevol talent mis te lopen. Slecht voor je resultaten en voor je employer brand. De verhoudingen tussen desktop en mobiel <a href=\"https:\/\/www.marketingfacts.nl\/berichten\/onderzoek-het-gebruik-van-internet-en-social-media-in-nederland\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">verschuiven al jarenlang<\/a> en dit neemt de komende jaren alleen maar toe.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">Whatsapp en social recruitment<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Mobile recruitment is meer dan alleen een mobile friendly website. Het gaat ook om de manier waarop je contact zoekt met kandidaten. Een onderdeel van een mobiele strategie die je kunt overwegen is het integreren van Social Media en het versturen van Whatsapp-berichten naar kandidaten.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">De recruitmentmarkt slaat steeds meer deze richting in.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Als je dit onderdeel wilt laten uitmaken van je strategie, moet je op zoek gaan naar een ATS die deze opties ondersteunt.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">Welk CRM Recruitmentsysteem past bij jouw bureau?<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Mobile recruitment is niet de toekomst: het is het heden. En hoe sneller je organisatie volop gebruik kan maken van mobiel, hoe betere candidate experience je biedt.
