Welke prioriteiten stellen zij? Hoe zien zij de toekomst? Bullhorn stelt ieder jaar deze en nog veel meer vragen aan recruitment professionals over de hele wereld. Dit jaar vroegen we voor het eerst ook professionals in Nederland en Belgi\u00eb naar hun mening.<\/p>\n<p>Maar liefst 440 Nederlandstalige respondenten deden mee aan ons Recruitment Trends Onderzoek voor Bureaus 2018. Ze deelden hun visie en verwachtingen, van financi\u00eble voorspellingen en topprioriteiten tot belangrijkste uitdagingen en innovatieve technologie\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p>In dit blog lichten we een tipje van de sluier op en onthullen we een aantal resultaten uit het Recruitment Trends Onderzoek voor Bureaus 2018. Een groot deel van de respondenten verwacht dat zowel de wervingsbehoefte als het aantal plaatsingen in 2018 zullen stijgen. Ook verwacht bijna de helft dat de marges in 2018 zullen toenemen. 87% van de recruitment professionals voorspelt dit jaar meer omzet te behalen dan vorig jaar; een aanzienlijk deel daarvan verwacht zelfs dat de omzetstijging hoger dan 25% zal zijn. Bemoedigend is dat niemand aangeeft een daling in de omzet te verwachten.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">Genoeg uitdagingen <\/span><\/h3>\n<p>De markt groeit en dat brengt verschillende uitdagingen met zich mee. Een van de meest genoemde uitdagingen wordt veroorzaakt door deze groei: de schaarste op de arbeidsmarkt. Maar liefst 91% van de recruitment professionals geeft aan dit als een van de grootste uitdagingen te zien; meer dan tweederde beschouwt het zelfs als d\u00e9 grootste uitdaging voor de branche. Zo werden in Nederland en Belgi\u00eb prioriteiten als omzetstijging, employer branding en marketing en talentacquisitie veelvuldig genoemd. Ook zeggen bureaus zich met name te focussen op een betere candidate experience. Ook dit verschilt overigens aanmerkelijk van de Duitstalige markt. Bijna driekwart van de respondenten plaatst LinkedIn in de top 3 van de meest effectieve bronnen. 40% noemt LinkedIn zelfs als de absolute nummer \u00e9\u00e9n kanaal om kandidaten te vinden.<\/p>\n<p>Andere bronnen die veel waardevolle kandidaten opleveren zijn het eigen recruitmentsysteem, de eigen website en referrals. Het gaat goed met de talentpools: 54% plaatst het eigen CRM-recruitmentsysteem in de top 3 van meest succesvolle wervingsbronnen.<\/p>\n<p>De bovenstaande gegevens zijn slechts een greep uit alle resultaten van ons onderzoek.
