Mijn tip voor big data in recruitmentsystemen is\u00a0om er gewoon mee te beginnen. Veel organisaties stellen het gebruik van big data uit omdat ze niet weten waar ze moeten starten. Met deze 3 simpele stappen kan je morgen profiteren van big data.<\/p>\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/QPy6Rpz2sEE\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">#1 Data analyse<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Stap 1 is het\u00a0analyseren van de data\u00a0die je hebt. Maak een lijstje met systemen die je gebruikt en leg vast waar de data van deze systemen is opgeslagen. Praat met de gebruikers en stakeholders die deze data gebruiken. Vraag aan hen hoe ze de data nu gebruiken en hoe zij denken dat de data hen <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bullhorn.com\/nl\/blog\/2016\/02\/beter-renderen-met-detacheren\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">op de lange termijn kunnen helpen<\/a>. Op basis van deze gesprekken prioriteer je welke data belangrijk voor je zijn en welke informatie je nog mist. Denk hierbij niet alleen aan je recruitmentsysteem, maar ook aan emails, CRM pakket, maar ook bijvoorbeeld hoe je gegevens van mensen vastlegt die je op beurzen hebt ontmoet.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">#2 Inzicht verkrijgen in onderlinge verbanden<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Stap 2 is het\u00a0verzamelen van inzichten in de relaties\u00a0tussen je data. Dit doe je door second level vragen te stellen. Een voorbeeld hiervan is bijvoorbeeld de vraag: &#8216;Hoeveel zilveren medaille kandidaten hebben we in onze database over de afgelopen 6 maanden?&#8217; Hieronder versta ik ongeplaatste kandidaten die tot in de laatste ronde van een sollicitatie zijn gekomen,\u00a0\u00a0maar het uiteindelijk niet zijn geworden. De vraag die je hierachter kunt stellen is, welke recruiters werkten aan deze vacatures? Welke acties zijn op hen ondernomen? Door de tweede vraag te stellen, kan je eenvoudig actiepunten opstellen.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">#3 Actie ondernemen<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Dat brengt ons bij stap 3,\u00a0actiepunten opstellen en uitvoeren. Maak een lijst met acties die je wilt uitzetten op basis van de inzichten die je hebt opgedaan.\u00a0\u00a0Je kunt bijvoorbeeld een lijst maken met de eerder genoemde zilveren medaille kandidaten. De betreffende recruiter kan vervolgens nagaan of er passende vacature beschikbaar zijn die hij hen kan aanbieden. Zoals IBM topman Lou Gerstner zei: &#8216;People don\u2019t do what you expect, but what you inspect&#8217;.
