Werknemers die het naar hun zin hebben of tevreden klanten zijn leuk, maar het zegt niet alles over de toestand van je organisatie. Hoe kun je dit wel meten? Gebruik maken van Key Performance Indicators (KPI\u2019s)! In ons <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bullhorn.com\/nl\/kennisbank\/recruitment-trends-bureaus-2018\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Recruitment Trends Rapport voor Bureaus 2018<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> gaven respondenten aan welke KPI\u2019s zij als belangrijkst zien.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">#1 Klanttevredenheid<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Maar liefst 62% van de respondenten noemt klanttevredenheid als belangrijkste KPI voor de business. Begrijpelijk, want huidige klanten zijn de reden van je bestaan als organisatie. Bovendien zorgen ze voor een belangrijk deel van de toekomstige omzet. Volgens het rapport genereren bureaus gemiddeld 57% van de nieuwe omzet bij huidige klanten. Tevreden klanten zijn cruciaal je business, nu en in de toekomst.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">#2 Kandidaattevredenheid<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Met stip op nummer twee als belangrijkste KPI staat kandidaattevredenheid: 51% van de respondenten geeft aan deze KPI in de top 3 te hebben staan. Ook dit resultaat is niet verrassend; kandidaattevredenheid en klanttevredenheid staan <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bullhorn.com\/nl\/blog\/2017\/07\/de-relatie-tussen-kandidaatbegeleiding-en-klanttevredenheid\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">in direct verband met elkaar<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. Ontevreden kandidaten leiden tot ontevreden klanten. Bovendien is de kans vrij klein dat je een tweede kans krijgt om hen bij andere opdrachten te bemiddelen.\u00a0 Een goede candidate experience is dan ook van levensbelang. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">#3 Fill ratio<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Op de derde plaats komt de fill ratio. Hieronder verstaan we het aantal plaatsingen ten opzichte van het aantal aanvragen. 37% van de respondenten heeft deze KPI in hun top 3 staan. De meeste arbeidsbemiddelaars zijn doordrongen van het belang van de fill ratio, want het is een van de bewijzen van de effici\u00ebntie van een bureau. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Een lage fill ratio is een reden tot meer meten.\u00a0<\/span>Gaat er iets fout in het proces? Worden aanvragen niet omgezet in nieuwe contracten? Is het moeilijk om kandidaten te vinden voor een bepaalde functie? Bestaat het team wel uit genoeg mensen? Deze vragen kunnen je helpen om je fill ratio te verbeteren.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">#4 Hit ratio<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Een andere belangrijke KPI is de hit ratio. Hieronder verstaan we het aantal plaatsingen ten opzichte van het aantal voorgestelde kandidaten. 36% van de respondenten plaatsen deze KPI in hun top drie. De hit ratio maakt het mogelijk om de prestaties van individuele recruiters met elkaar te vergelijken. Bovendien geeft de hit ratio inzicht in de kwaliteit van de voorgestelde kandidaten. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">#5 Aantal plaatsingen<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Het aantal plaatsingen staat bij 35% van de respondenten in hun top drie. Deze KPI spreekt voor zich: het aantal plaatsingen geeft direct aan hoe succesvol je bureau is. Zonder plaatsingen heeft een bureau geen reden tot bestaan.
