Hoe komt het dan dat zoveel bedrijven er zo weinig mee doen? Doordat recruiters zo gefocust zijn op het snel vervullen van vacatures dat ze de candidate experience vergeten?\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In dit blog lees je tips om een fantastische ervaring te bieden aan je kandidaten.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">#1 Eenzijdige recruitmentprocessen<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Neem alle mogelijke doelgroepen in overweging. Uit <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/nos.nl\/artikel\/2199454-weinig-plek-voor-medewerker-met-beperking.html\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">onderzoek van het Sociaal en Cultureel Planbureau (SCP)<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> blijkt bijvoorbeeld dat ongeveer de helft van alle Nederlandse bedrijven niet van plan is mensen met een beperking in dienst te nemen. Onder andere omdat zij nieuwe medewerkers met een beperking onvoldoende kunnen begeleiden. Iedereen betrekken en een goede candidate experience bieden, is niet alleen verstandig, het is maatschappelijk en zakelijk verantwoord. Is je sollicitatieproces mobielvriendelijk? Heb je wel eens geprobeerd om zelf te solliciteren via je eigen website? Door de candidate journey af te leggen kun je een goed inzicht krijgen in hoe deze echt is.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">#3 Gebrek aan erkenning<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Hoe vaak ontvangen kandidaten nog berichten als deze: &#8220;Bedankt voor je sollicitatie; als je niks van ons hoort, is onze keuze niet op jou gevallen.&#8221; Met een modern <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bullhorn.com\/nl\/recruitment-oplossingen-bureaus\/?LS=Website&amp;LSD=Blog_NED&amp;LA=Blog_NED_18_06_12&amp;LAD=Recruitment_Oplossingen_Bureaus_NED&amp;utm_source=blog&amp;utm_medium=website&amp;utm_campaign=\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">recruitmentsysteem<\/a> kun je recruitementprocessen volledig automatiseren. Neem een persoonlijke noot op en moedig hen aan andere plaatsen op je website te bezoeken en wijs hen op relevante links, evenementen of content.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">#4 Gebrek aan betrokkenheid<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Hoe komt het over wanneer je alleen van je laat horen als je een vacature hebt? Je CRM kan je helpen de juiste dialoog te onderhouden, zodat je altijd een betrokken blijft. Na de recente intrede van de GDPR is engagement nog belangrijker. Je klanten begrijpen de waarde van <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bullhorn.com\/nl\/blog\/2018\/02\/gdpr-talentpools-recruitment-kansen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">talentpools<\/a>; zorg ervoor dat je hiervan profiteert.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">#5 Slechte onboarding<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Je medewerkers kunnen je grootste ambassadeurs zijn.
