Maar liefst 74% schat in dat de kandidaattevredenheid goed of zelfs uitstekend is. 25% heeft voor het komende jaar het verbeteren van de candidate experience als prioriteit gesteld. Niet verwonderlijk, aangezien 51% de kandidaattevredenheid in hun top 3 KPI\u2019s heeft staan. Een enqu\u00eate is een effectieve manier om feedback te verkrijgen. Met een goed doordachte enqu\u00eate kun je de candidate journey op een goede manier onderzoeken. Behandel iedere fase van de candidate journey en stel specifieke vragen over de ervaringen van de kandidaat. Houd met je onderzoek rekening met de GDPR-richtlijnen!<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">#2 Solliciteer<span>\u00a0op je eigen site bij je eigen organisatie naar een baan<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Je eigen sollicitatie ervaring dateert waarschijnlijk al van enige tijd geleden. Om te weten welke weg een kandidaat aflegt bij jouw organisatie, kan het nuttig zijn om bijna letterlijk in zijn schoenen te gaan staan. Solliciteer zelf (anoniem) bij je eigen bedrijf! Dit stelt je in staat om het sollicitatieproces persoonlijk te ervaren en te beoordelen vanuit het perspectief van de kandidaat. Is je eigen ervaring positief? Of kom je fouten, eigenaardigheden of obstakels tegen?<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">#3 Hoe hebben recent aangenomen medewerkers het sollicitatieproces ervaren?<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Leg je oor te luisteren bij ervaringsdeskundigen. Vraag recent aangenomen kandidaten naar hun ervaringen tijdens het sollicitatie-, aanname- en onboardingproces. Het proces staat hen nog vers in het geheugen en zij kunnen je enorm waardevolle informatie geven over hun eigen candidate journey. Zie feedback niet als kritiek, maar juist als kans om toekomstige kandidaten te kunnen verrassen met een nog betere sollicitatie-ervaring.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">#4 Hoe wordt de candidate experience beoordeeld op sociale netwerken?<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Digitale en mond-tot-mondreclame is enorm belangrijk voor je werkgeversmerk.
