Onder candidate engagement verstaan wij het binden en boeien van kandidaten. Hoe geef je dit vorm en hoe kan technologie je helpen je te onderscheiden van andere aanbieders in de markt? Wat is de toekomst van candidate engagement en welke kansen zijn er voor jou?<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">Wat is candidate engagement? <\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Kort gezegd is candidate engagement het proces van regelmatige, persoonlijke interactie met je kandidatenpool, online, via e-mail of face-to-face. Het draait allemaal om het voortdurend cre\u00ebren en leveren van een persoonlijke gepersonaliseerde ervaringen aan al je kandidaten.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">Het risico op passiviteit is groot<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">60% van de kandidaten heeft weleens een negatieve kandidaatervaring en 72% hiervan vertelt anderen over deze negatieve ervaringen. Dankzij social media en websites als Glassdoor is het voor kandidaten gemakkelijker dan ooit om hun ervaringen te delen, en daarom kan het verwaarlozen van de candidate engagement grote schade veroorzaken.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Mensen raken steeds meer gewend aan personalisering. Candidate engagement is de gepersonaliseerde ervaring van de recruitmentwereld. Je kunt candidate engagement inzetten om de bovenstaande risico\u2019s te beperken en deze om te zetten in iets positiefs. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">De resultaten spreken voor zich<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Recruitment bureaus die candidate engagement serieus nemen, hebben 55% meer kans om referrals als belangrijkste bron te hebben.\u00a0 63% van hen geeft aan dat de meest kansrijke kandidaten al in hun eigen ATS te vinden zijn. Technologie automatiseert en personaliseert. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">Automatiseer<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Slimme technologie kan veel taken uitvoeren die nodig zijn om kandidaten aan je te blijven binden, zelfs als je (nog) geen baan kunt aanbieden: <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Stay-in-touch emails versturen<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Follow-up-herinneringen inplannen (voor kandidaten of voor klanten)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Een bericht sturen wanneer er een nieuwe opdracht begint<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Mogelijkheden ontdekken om relaties op te bouwen of te verdiepen<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">Personaliseer<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">De sleutel tot engagementsucces is om alles voor de kandidaten te personaliseren. Elke vorm van betrokkenheid moet relevant voor hen zijn. Segmentatie vormt de basis van deze gepersonaliseerde aanpak. Bovendien wordt technologie exponentieel beter in het begrijpen van een interactie van een kandidaat met je bureau, en kan zijn gedrag en berichtgeving aan de hand daarvan aanpassen. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">Profiteer maximaal<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Recruitmentbureaus plaatsen gemiddeld maar een zeer klein deel van hun kandidaten. Veel van de anderen zijn evengoed veelbelovend, maar daar wordt vaak niet veel mee gedaan.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Technologie maakt het een stuk gemakkelijker om met deze overgebleven kandidaten in contact te blijven. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan e-mails op met nuttige, vermakelijke of interessante content, met hier en daar misschien ook een vacature. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Werken in je database van \u2018koude\u2019 kandidaten geeft je toegang tot een kandidatenpool waar niemand anders over beschikt. Het moeilijke werk om ze te vinden is al gedaan: nu is het tijd om het makkelijke werk te doen: de relatie met hen onderhouden en verstevigen. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Door je database opnieuw aan te spreken kun je sneller indienen en concurrentie minimaliseren, terwijl de gepersonaliseerde content dient als een onderscheidende factor die opvalt bij kandidaten.
