Hoe gaan bureaus om met dit begrip, welke rol spelen opdrachtgevers en welke kansen en mogelijkheden zijn er om de relatie met klanten te verbeteren?<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">Belangrijkste recruitmentkengetal voor 2018<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Begin dit jaar vroegen we de markt in ons jaarlijkse <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bullhorn.com\/nl\/kennisbank\/recruitment-trends-bureaus-2018\/?LS=Website&amp;LSD=Blog_NED&amp;LA=Blog_NED_18_08_01&amp;LAD=2018_Trends_Survey_Report_NED&amp;utm_source=blog&amp;utm_medium=website&amp;utm_campaign=2018_trends_survey_report_ned\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Recruitment Trends Onderzoek voor Bureaus<\/a> wat hun belangrijkste recruitment metrics zijn voor het komende jaar. De klanttevredenheid vergroten werd door een overweldigende meerderheid van maar liefst 62% genoemd in de top drie KPI&#8217;s voor 2018, gevolgd door kandidaattevredenheid (51%). De focus in de Nederlandstalige markt ligt duidelijk op kwalitatieve metrics. Een opmerkelijke uitkomst: in vergelijkbaar onderzoek in de Duitstalige markt plaatste slechts 34% customer satisfaction in de top 3 KPI&#8217;s. Daar vormen kwantitatieve metrics als het aantal plaatsingen, hit ratio en fill ratio de belangrijkste focus voor bureaus.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">Trouwe klanten leveren veel op<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bullhorn.com\/nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2018\/08\/Circel-diagram-Omzetgeneratie_V1-300x177.png\" alt=\"Omzet Recruitment\" width=\"300\" height=\"177\" class=\"wp-image-12096 size-medium alignright\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.bullhorn.com\/nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2018\/08\/Circel-diagram-Omzetgeneratie_V1-300x177.png 300w, https:\/\/www.bullhorn.com\/nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2018\/08\/Circel-diagram-Omzetgeneratie_V1-768x453.png 768w, https:\/\/www.bullhorn.com\/nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2018\/08\/Circel-diagram-Omzetgeneratie_V1.png 889w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/> De resultaten van het <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bullhorn.com\/nl\/kennisbank\/recruitment-trends-bureaus-2018\/?LS=Website&amp;LSD=Blog_NED&amp;LA=Blog_NED_18_08_01&amp;LAD=2018_Trends_Survey_Report_NED&amp;utm_source=blog&amp;utm_medium=website&amp;utm_campaign=2018_trends_survey_report_ned\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">onderzoek<\/a> tonen aan dat lang niet ieder bureau de kansen die de huidige klantenkring biedt voldoende benut. Op de vraag hoeveel omzet men dit jaar verwacht te maken bij nieuwe dan wel huidige opdrachtgevers, voorspelt men gemiddeld 43% van de omzet uit new business te halen. Dat is een verrassend hoog percentage. Je zou verwachten dat huidige opdrachtgevers een groter deel van de toekomstige omzet voor hun rekening nemen. Een gemiste kans. Wist je dat de merktrouwheid bij sterke merken kan oplopen tot 80%? Tel uit je winst als je de klantretentie weet te vergroten en meer omzet weet te generen bij huidige klanten.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">Belangrijke bron van omzet<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Dan moeten je klanten natuurlijk wel opnieuw voor jou kiezen. Tevreden opdrachtgevers betekent prettig zakendoen, nu en in de toekomst. Want in de recruitmentbranche speelt de &#8216;gunfactor&#8217; een cruciale rol. Natuurlijk moet je leveren. Kwaliteit in korte tijd. Maar er speelt zoveel meer. Elke ervaring in de customer journey is van belang en kan doorslaggevend zijn bij de beslissing om de volgende opdracht aan jou te gunnen en niet aan een andere aanbieder. Logisch toch?<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">Tevreden over eigen dienstverlening<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Bureaus geven massaal aan dat de customer satisfaction bepalend is voor hun succes. En volgens het onderzoek hebben ze een goed gevoel over hun eigen prestaties op dit vlak. Op onze vraag hoe tevreden hun eigen klanten volgens hen zijn met de geboden dienstverlening, antwoordt 75% dat zij denken dat klanten hen als goed tot zeer goed waarderen. Volgens hun eigen inschatting wel te verstaan. Maar weinig bureaus beschikken wat dit betreft over objectieve cijfers. Klanttevredenheid wordt in het algemeen niet gemeten. Als de klantbeleving al ge\u00ebvalueerd wordt, dan is dat veelal incidenteel. Een gemiste kans.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">Klanttevredenheid meten<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Slechts weinig bureaus hebben een systeem ingericht waarbij de customer satisfaction structureel gemeten wordt. Terwijl dit je zoveel kan opleveren. Ga na wat de wensen en verwachtingen van jouw klanten zijn in de verschillende fasen van de customer journey. Kijk hoe je hier toegevoegde waarde kunt bieden en formuleer een customer satisfaction strategie. Meet vervolgens structureel op verschillende punten de tevredenheid van jouw opdrachtgevers over jouw dienstverlening en probeer hierin jezelf steeds te verbeteren.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">Technologie inzetten<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Als het gaat om het verbeteren van de kwaliteit van je dienstverlening zijn er oneindig veel mogelijkheden. Tijdrovend? Welnee. Het is immers meer dan de moeite waard? Als je weet wat je wilt (of beter gezegd: wat je klanten willen), kun je de technologie immers voor je laten werken.
