Dit is het meest zichtbaar op LinkedIn, maar andere social media kanalen bieden ook kansen om fantastische kandidaten te vinden. Een gigantisch platform dat nog steeds over het hoofd wordt gezien door recruiters? Twitter. Volgens het<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bullhorn.com\/resources\/trending-in-2018-whats-on-tap-for-north-american-staffing-firms-infographic\/\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2018 Staffing &amp; Recruiting Trends Report<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, wordt Twitter door 46% van de recruitment professionals niet gebruikt voor zakelijke doeleinden.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">En beperk het netwerken niet alleen tot de online kanalen. Een congres bijwonen die zich richt op een niche, is een geweldige manier om in contact te komen met kandidaten met een specialistisch profiel. Wees aanwezig bij professionele meet-up sessies die interessant kunnen zijn voor jouw doelgroep. Mensen zijn eerder geneigd om zaken met je te doen als je al een relatie met ze hebt opgebouwd.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Formuleer je onderwerpregel zorgvuldig<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">De open-ratio van LinkedIn InMails is 3 keer zo groot als die van een e-mail, maar toch wordt 20% van de berichten niet gelezen. De onderwerpregel verschijnt direct in de mailbox van een kandidaat, dus kies de informatie die je daar plaatst zorgvuldig uit. Het is misschien het enige dat ze te zien krijgen.<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bullhorn.com\/blog\/2018\/10\/when-should-i-reach-out-to-candidates\/\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">De timing<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> van het versturen van InMails is ook belangrijk, dus stuur je berichten op momenten dat potenti\u00eble kandidaten ze zullen zien.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Leer de \u2018CV-taal\u2019 spreken<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Als je kandidaten wilt vinden, kan het helpen om te denken als een kandidaat. Dit helpt met name als het gaat om het vinden van gekwalificeerde kandidaten. Veel potenti\u00eble kandidaten gebruiken CV-taal op hun profiel op LinkedIn en andere netwerken. Wat formulering betreft, geven zij hierbij de voorkeur aan werkwoorden en voornaamwoorden.
