De manier waarop je met kandidaten omgaat, heeft invloed op het imago van je merk, je vermogen om vacatures te vervullen, je klantrelaties &#8211; en uiteindelijk op het succes van je bedrijf.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Hoewel er verschillende stappen zijn die je kunt nemen om een effectieve<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bullhorn.com\/resources\/recruiters-guide-candidate-engagement-2\/\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">strategie voor candidate engagement<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> te plannen, wordt je succes bepaald door hoe je ervoor kiest die strategie te implementeren.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Om een zo goed mogelijke kandidaatervaring te leveren, moet je consistent en persoonlijk zijn en moet je prioriteiten kunnen stellen. In deze blogserie zal ik de manieren onderzoeken waarop je met data deze kernprincipes van een succesvolle engagementstrategie kunt verbeteren. Als eerste: data gebruiken om consistenter te zijn.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center\"><b>Concentreren op consistentie<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Om een geweldige klantervaring te bieden, moet je consistent zijn wanneer je contact opneemt met kandidaten. Stel een regelmatige frequentie van telefoontjes en e-mails in en houd jezelf hier aan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Maar weten waar je moet beginnen kan lastig zijn. Hoe vaak moet je kandidaten mailen? Hoe vaak moet je kandidaten bellen? Gebruik de data je die je al hebt om een plan te maken en je eraan te houden.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>1) Stel een baseline vast<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Bekijk de geschiedenis van je communicatie met kandidaten om te zien hoe vaak je contact hebt gehad met je kandidatenpool. Kijk of je trends kunt ontdekken &#8211; is er bijvoorbeeld een engagementmethode die meestal tot herplaatsingen leidt?<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>2) Stel doelen<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Bepaal hoe vaak je kandidaten wilt bellen\/mailen. Overweeg verschillende frequentiedoelen te stellen op basis van het type kandidaat waar je mee bezig bent. Een verdeling die je kunt overwegen is:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px\"><b>A. Sterke presteerders<br \/>\n<\/b><b>B. Momenteel gecontracteerd<br \/>\n<\/b><b>C. Nieuwe kandidaten<\/b><\/p>\n<h3><b>Houd je voortgang bij<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Houd jezelf en je team aan het bereiken van je candidate engagement-doelen. Volg je prestaties wekelijks om ervoor te zorgen dat je contact opneemt met de juiste kandidaten in de juiste frequentie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Als je deze stappen wilt doorlopen, moet je inzicht hebben in zowel je kandidatenpool als in je activiteiten. Als je een rapportagetool hebt, kun je overwegen om doorlopende rapporten in te stellen om je inspanningen bij te houden. In dit geval zal het gebruik van data er niet alleen voor zorgen dat jij je aan je plan houdt en consistent blijft, maar het zal je ook helpen dat plan aan te passen op basis van effectiviteit, om
