Het lijkt misschien een onmogelijke combinatie, maar deze kenmerken in gedachten houden, is essentieel om te zorgen dat je mailtje wordt geopend en je boodschap gelezen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">We gaan er even dieper op in.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Waarom duidelijkheid? Wat levert het hem of haar specifiek op? Voor recruiters is deze vraag snel te beantwoorden als je interessante vacatures aan geschikte kandidaten stuurt, maar kan wat lastiger te beantwoorden zijn als je alleen even contact wilt maken met de werkzoekenden in je database \u2013 wellicht als onderdeel van een breder<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/herefish.com\/resources\/candidate-engagement-plan\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> plan om de betrokkenheid van kandidaten op te krikken<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. Zorg ervoor dat je sleutelwoorden gebruikt die relevant zijn voor de specifieke kandidaat naar wie je het mailtje stuurt. Alternatieve functietitels en specifieke vaktermen dragen bij aan een ge\u00efnformeerde indruk en kennis van de unieke situatie van de ontvanger.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Een vage kop, zoals &#8216;Nieuwe marketingfuncties&#8217; kan relevant zijn voor jouw marketingkandidaat, maar misschien ook niet. In een inbox vol andere prioriteiten, krijgt dit waarschijnlijk niet de aandacht die het verdient. E\u00e9n daarvan is ingebouwd in de e-maildienst zelf, zoals Gmail en Outlook die alle e-mails scannen om te bepalen of ze mogelijk niet pluis zijn. De andere zijn de ogen van de ontvanger want als hij\/zij een spammerig gevoel krijgt bij een mailtje, of denkt dat deze niets toevoegt, zal hij\/zij die zonder aarzeling verwijderen. Of erger nog, het bericht zelf als spam markeren.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Er zijn bepaalde woorden die e-maildiensten onmiddellijk associ\u00ebren met spam. Vermijd bijvoorbeeld &#8216;gratis&#8217;, &#8216;geld verdienen&#8217;, &#8216;$$$&#8217;, &#8216;bevestig&#8217;, &#8216;word lid&#8217;, &#8216;kans&#8217; en &#8216;ondersteuning&#8217;. \u2013 as Derren Brown so forcefully demonstrates <\/span><\/span><\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=VAv7aGamcy4\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">in this video<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"> , we adults are just as susceptible to reverse psychology as our children.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">&#8220;Shall we continue with this?&#8221;
